What are your safety procedures for your employees. I just walked in 7:02pm. The door is unlocked. I was coming to drop my package off. There are two employees standing behind the counter. I let them know I’m here to drop a package that has a prepaid label. When I get to the counter I’m met with a rude were closed. No other greeting, no pleasantries. I said oh hello. I didn’t know the door was unlocked. I’m trying.. I was cut off. We are closed. I try to respond to let them know the package was already prepaid just needed to drop it off and was immediately and rudely cut off. “we’re closed” I left and looked at the door outside because it was only 7:02 and read they closed at 6:30pm. Well why is the door still open allowing anyone to walk in the store? This is not only a safety precaution to the employees but also there are boxes lying in the store that could be stolen. Quite frustrating experience.

I was accidentally rude to an employee who was a Dallas Cowboys fan. my tone of voice was alot harsher then I meant it to be and I just wanted to say im sorry to her. Dallas sucks but the customer service at this location is wonderful. everyone was so nice, knowledgeable, and professional.

Very poor customer service... The UPS employee that I worked with today was very rude, not helpful, and overcharged me for my shipment.

Kaydeey at the Caroline Street location went out of her way to make sure my order was correct. She was kind, warm, knowledgeable, and helped problem solve an issue on my order. Thanks, Kaydeey!

The owner / manager of this UPS should clean house. The staff working on Saturday afternoon (may 18th) were horrible. No line yet took 40 minutes to make two labels to ship two boxes. Arguing amongst themselves. Not kind or friendly. Bad vibes. May not be back.

If you bring a usb drive with a document to print they will not print it for you and will waste your time completely. Horribly unhelpful staff with really poorly thought out policies and absolutely no customer service skills

Went here to get a settlement agreement notarized. The did they identified as a notary claimed that certain kinds of documents “couldn’t be done on the UPS system” and he could do it as a private notary only, for a higher fee. As a lawyer, I know this is not a thing. Would not trust this shop.

Go to literally any other ups. You’d be better off hand delivering your packages. It’d be quicker and you wouldn’t get verbally harassed nearly as much.

Really friendly and helpful staff. They also have self service kiosks for Amazon returns which is incredibly efficient. I wish this UPS store was my closest location!

2 of your employment were the NICEST, most COURTEOUS gentlemen I've seen in this current world of hate, etc. At any rate they were equally so helpful in assisting me with an Amazon return. I wish that were the case at other stores. PLS give them a raise or at least some kind of 'pat on the back' for their care in helping others.
