I had a wonderful experience at your UPS store on Peachtree St., Northeast in Atlanta, Georgia on February 23rd, 2024, at 6:30 PM. As a first-time shipper, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed, but the employee I encountered was incredibly helpful and patient.They guided me through the entire process step-by-step, from choosing the right box and packaging materials to filling out the shipping information and making the payment. Their assistance made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.I truly appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile and ensure I felt comfortable and confident about my shipment. the damaged the box, and took no responsibility for what they did. we showed pictures and everything, and they acknowledged that it was damaged in the delivery. the sender asked for and paid for a signature and when it was delivered I had to ask them don't I have to sign for this. Really bad this year

Super kind and friendly staff (especially Lay). Lots of self-serve options, including an in-store drop off station, and label printer. Tons of supplies. All in all, it's your standard high quality UPS Store. Well done.

Called ahead to ask if notary services were available. Was told yes. Traveled to store and there was no notary available.

Do not even waste your time! 2 toddlers for passport photos! No backdrop! No battery on the camera! Had no clue what size was needed! My kids sat perfectly and smiled 1000 times! When the photo finally worked the man deleted them “by accident” and didn’t print the photos needed for the passport! My entire Saturday was a waste and all he could do was smile and act like he didn’t know what the heck was going on! Take the picture. Print the picture. Size the picture. And let me take my 1 and 2 year old home! I’m so mad!!!! Annoyed.

I've gone to this store many times over the years with no issue. Today they wanted to charge almost $5 for 1 piece of paper that I printed myself on the self service copier. Normally they charge .XX per page. I understand charging a fee if they are doing the work and it's an order of multiple pages for a business. However charging a fee for a self service machine? They need to evaluate that idea. I'll just go to Staples now.

Great customer service and sore productivity. I called the store and just so happen I was speaking to the manager requesting for an urgent print for midterms due to my school printer not working. The manager walked me through the roofed to save and send my work to the store. In less than I hour I was able to visit and pick up my materials. The manager and staff helped me.

The staff is rude here. they did not have the passport photo camera charged for the day then asked me to come back for them to say the camera doesn’t work no empathy for the unprofessionalism

Went in to get some printing done. It was busy in the store and none of them broke a sweat! Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Xavier, Yasmin, Matthew and Ginny all are extremely knowledgeable and have great attitudes. Would definitely suggest this store.

I go to UPS all around the country and I have never had this problem: I just got charged $4 for a “computer by hour rate” for them to look up an email. Not the employees fault but bad bad business by the owner.
