April 19, 2023, 12:25pm. I want to take the time now to let everyone know what kind of company MetroPCS is before I cancel service on all four of my phones. You can look at my past reviews and see that I am impartial and I think things through when it comes to products and services. MetroPCS has made me madder than I've been in along time. I bought an unlocked phone and I wanted to bring it to MetroPCS. [DAY 1] After walking through the online steps, my phone would not get signal. I spent several hours going through the automated system to get service with no success. [Day2] I spent the entire day talking with corporate MetroPCS and going through the automated systems that they assured me would work - but didn't. So, I went to a MetroPCS store. The employee was able to get my phone working, so I left but 20 minutes later, I had no signal. So [Day 3] I went to a corporate store on LaVista Rd and told the employee of my ordeal. He said that there was nothing he could do and nothing he was willing to do to help me fix this problem (of swapping phones) so I asked him, \\\"So, you're saying that MetroPCS will do nothing more to help me, and MetroPCS would rather me switch to a different company?\\\" Emphatically, he said, \\\"Yes.\\\" I'm not sure what their business model is, but they've lost me as a customer. I used to respect this company, and maybe TMobile is trying to anger MetroPCS customers enough so that they run to TMobile. Whatever it is, please be weary of this company!

I’ve had many phone providers. T-Mobile has the best service. When traveling the US it’s been the most reliable service. No issues at all. Internet never gives me an issue now. Thanks T-Mobile.

The 3 young ladies that's was working on 9/24/2021 is very unprofessional .no respect for there customers and should not be working in the retail business.. im been doing business with metro PCs.and I will never go back to this location agoI've never been treated like this before with this company.
