By far the best movers we have had the pleasure of doing business with. We had three men show up on time, and handle our furniture with the greatest of care, and treat our things as as if it were their own. They wasted no time, even though we paid for their lunch, they kept working, and didn't stop to eat until they were off the clock. I would hire them again in a second.

I would definitely leave 0 stars if I could. I've been using this company since they were named 30 movers. Almost 10 years. 4 moves with my family in addition to numerous customers I referred to them. As much as I want to show them love I can't. I was quoted an timeframe of 9-10am for truck arrival to my old home. The person (I believe the owner) was saying "We're behind" at 11am...OF COURSE YOU ARE. I then asked for an eta and he replied "working on it now." What??! I need an eta! This is a business...so I thought. He never gave me an eta. At 12:15 he texts me "Prepping the truck now." That still meant nothing to me as for a timeframe. He never responded to any texts nor did he answer any calls after that. The truck arrived at 2:13pm. That's CRAZY. And there was never a "I'm so sorry for the inconvenience." I feel disrespected by that. HOWEVER- The moving crew was AMAZING! If they had their own business, I'd send all my friends and family to them. I tipped them big but felt conflicted because of the owner's negligence. I really wish I was writing a different type of review because I've used them so long. Guess I got what I paid for... Also- found a tv stand damaged that was hidden by boxes. Didn't see it until after they left.

Was booked for a Saturday move and told the movers would be at our place between 1 - 3....no show at 3, no show at 4, no show at 5. Had to call numerous times and was told that they would be there. at 5:45 I was told they were on the way from Gwinnett. After having to call the owner to discuss, was told that they would be at my condo at 8AM on Sunday (I got in trouble with the association as there are no moves on Sundays) and sure enough they showed up at 9:15! 3 movers took almost 6 hours to do a move that 2 guys did 2 years ago in under 3 hours! 1 piece of furniture was DROPPED from the truck. The movers were hard working but not a service I would recommend! Worst of all, when we called the owner of the company to discuss how we would be compensated for the dropped furniture and the slow move, he told us to talk with the crew; did not take responsibility at all. Again, I would not recommend this company unless you have all day or in our case multiple days to waste and throw your money away. Stay away from Universal Moving Group!

If I could give zero stars I would. They were over an hour late , very slow AND they stole my daughters iPad and my husbands watch !!! A** holes won't answer the phone anymore and there is no other contact info or address.

I don't know if rating a company based on being hit on is a valid review. I hired universal and I can't be more happy. They were so professional-reasonably priced and they definitely treated my items as tho they were their own. I have moved across states 6 times and this was by far the best moving company I have hired! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
