One of the best Ulta experiences I’ve had in a while. Maddie with the curly locs of hair was helpful, knowledgeable, and quick. The store was clean and well stocked. Added bonus for easy parking. Great start to my day!

The store itself is nice and has been well stocked, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. On a past visit, I was not at all greeted or offered any help. On my most recent visit, I placed an online order for drive up pick up. I received the notice my order was ready for pick up, drove to the store, parked in the designated spots and followed the directions to have someone bring out my order. I watched someone else do the same in the car next to me. She gave up and drove off after 15 minutes. I decided to wait another 15 minutes. After 30 minutes no one came outside, so I left to pick up a to go order for food I'd placed at a restaurant on the other side of the shopping center. That pick up took longer than expected so I suspected I'd get a text from Ulta alerting that they'd tried to bring my order to my car, but another 20 minutes later, no word. So at this point it had been almost an hour with no word so I doubled back to Ulta, parked in a regular spot and went in store to pick up. Thankfully the line was short and I was able to pick up my order easily, but I noticed that the associate who helped me didn't mention that it was supposed to be a drive up order or that there was any indication that I'd tried to pick it up earlier, so I'm pretty sure that despite it being offered on the app & website, the drive up service does not exist at this location. It would be helpful for the store to do whatever they need to do with corporate to remove that as an option. For someone who chose pickup for other reasons like having a baby or multiple children or animals they don't want to leave in the car or bring into the store, this would have been a much bigger inconvenience.

Today was my first day inside a Ulta store and I’m sooo thankful for my sister referral!!! I got my hair done by Yondra! And I can’t by happier with the results! Thank you so much Yondra! After 6 years I finally can say that I find my hair stylist!!! Ulta you got the right lady!!! Take care of her!!!!

Why do y’all have just about all the perfume locked up. It’s annoying to constantly ask associates to open the perfume doors every time. They seem so tired and aggravated when we ask. Also, the energy of the employees is giving McDonald’s. Sephora would never.

I usually hate spending time in beauty stores looking for makeup because I feel so lost in the sauce. I didn’t feel like that AT ALL in this store. Destiny was absolutely AMAZING with helping me find products that matched my skin tone and were perfect for me. She was patient, attentive, and very warm welcoming! I felt like I had know the girl for years and it was her exuberant personality that made me want to even spend my money there. Very pleasant experience. Walked out with everything I needed and more. Would DEFINITELY recommend. Make sure yall ask for Destiny!! She’s the best!!!

Ulta Beauty has a disconnect with there credit card company I have 7,000 doll. credit card that was deactivated for 8.40 cents... I might stick to Sephora . Not a good experience at the counter..
