Terrible customer service and no one picks up the phone.When I mentioned I’ve been trying to call for several days, the employee at the register told me they’re busy and can’t pick up the phone.

Lenox mall is not what it use to be in the past. Lenox use to be an upscale mall. My uggs are great though.

Parking is terrible, but customer service is great. Especially if you purchased online and need to exchange.

Went to store on 12/26 and they had a sign that they weren’t open b/c of lack of staff. Get it together.

On Dec 26th I tried to exchange a shoe but a ginger/red headed employee rejected the exchange due to feeling a toe print… I brought the shoe back on the 30th to exchange and the initial exchanged shoe I received had grass, hair, and scuff marks. I was able to exchange those for a completely new pair. On the 30th, the girl that exchanged the shoe did not even check for a toe print. So shout out to her.

I have never in my life felt so much hostility and contempt from employees in my life in a store. I love the UGG brand, but don't know if I can ever go back to this store. There were about 6 employees, on their phones, disinterested completely in selling. One girl went and got shoes for me, dropped them off and got back on her phone. Didn't help me take them out of the box, ask about fit, check my fit, ask if I needed another size - literally nothing - she did not care. She just came back and said "these go back or you want them?" and said in not the kindest of tones. Very disgusting atmosphere. I'd find out who hires and trains at this store and replace that person with someone who gives a hoot and retrain those below or get new employees. I'd also not allow the staff to play on their cell phones instead of helping customers. I could feel so much hostility from them, smears and judgement. Shame because the store was beautifully decorated and the product wonderful. I had to literally ignore how awful they were. I wonder if corporate cares - someone does not that is in charge of that store - that is for sure.

Customer service is horrible here. Two occasions I’ve visit this store and both times horrible service. The first time I had visit with my mom and we had questions regarding sizes and colors available. The store associate was short and seemed irritated by our questions.The next time I had visit there was a line to get in. Before waiting in the long line I attempted to ask if they had the size and color of a slipper I was looking for. The woman went to the back as if they were going to check l, came back, and started doing other things while ignoring me. I’m standing in line now waiting to get in the store, it’s been about 20-minutes now and don’t even know if it’s worth me waiting at this point.

Got the cutest pair of mommy and me slides. Loved the staff, they were attentive and warm. I would travel back just to purchase from them.

It's sad you place an order for over 3 pair of shoes 1 a day before you purchased 2 more pair spending over $400 and they didn't send the free umbrella saying the promotion was after my order was placed. Bad business Ugg. Something should be override to keep your customers happy and coming back to support your business ??
