Before coming in I was prepared for the worst and figured at best I would have a tolerable experience. Customer service so many places is at best mediocre, I was expecting much the same here.Instead, I had an absolutely awesome experience. The gentleman who ran the front counter was very helpful, efficiently and effectively diagnosed the problems with my phone, and tell me exactly what needed to be done, made an accurate schedule for when he would be complete, and was complete and ready at that time.There was no hesitation or hem hawing around. Just a very efficient pleasurable and speedy transaction which I was not expecting and I wish I very much appreciated.Very happy to do business with ubreakifix.

Ridiculous store. Infested with Gnats. Waited an HOUR while the guy tried to upsale everything under the kitchen sink to the person before me to buy a cover for my phone, which I called ahead to make sure they had.... got charged for the phone and when I asked the guy to see the box the case was in, he acted weird as hell. First case was damaged, told him to exchange it. paid for it. Try to put it on my phone... IT"'S THE WRONG CASE. apparently so was the first one. Asked for a refund, guy had to call somebody to get authorization for the refund, that took another 20 minutes. dude claimed to have processed the refund and said it would take 7 days to show up on my account. we're at 2 weeks later and I notice no refund was ever processed. This is INSANE. i paid them 38 dollars for no product and to sit swatting gnats away for an hour and 20 minutes all for a phone case that I ended up getting on amazon with same day delivery. INSANITY

Arrived at the location 15 minutes before closing and the attendant was very friendly and helpful. It took only a few minutes for him to fix my screen and I truly appreciate the help and support given. Being self employed it’s vital for me to have a working phone for my business. Thank you for your kind service and your good deeds will not go unnoticed.

Needed a Pixel 6a screen replaced. Booked the appointment same day, they had all the materials, and screen was fixed same day. The appointment to replace my screen only took an hour, so I did not have to go long without my phone. Staff was helpful and quick.

I contacted ubreakifix because AT&T in Decatur gave me a business card while I was trying to get data off a busted phone. They said the guy Sorden who came by seemed really trustworthy, so I gave them a call and chose this location, even though it was further away from my house than the midtown location. Sorden explained my options, helped me through the process and made me feel like my phone and data was safe and taken care of, which it was. I was totally maxed on storage, but they took the time to mitigate it, kept me informed at all stages of the process and got my phone back asap. 10/10 will recommend

My phone couldn't be fixed due to extensive damage, but the tech was very courteous, patient and efficient. The tech explained what needed to be done and let me know that the phone may not be fixable. That's all you need from a repair service. So you can make an informed decision.

This is the best place to get your phone screen fixed! This was my second time at the Emory Point location and the guys are great. It was easy to drop my phone off to get the screen fixed. I came back a few hours later and it was ready. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and do great work. I also appreciated that they donated a liquid glass screen protector to my kids' school auction. Thanks again!!!

I went to uBreakiFix , located at Emory Point. Mr. Sorden was extremely approachable, professional and helpful. He solved my issue in about 3 minutes. I would recommend this location because of the wonderful and competent customer service I received from Mr. Sodden.

I have unfortunately broken my phone screen twice in the last 1.5 years. Both times, this place was able to fix it, same day. I hope I don't need this service again any time soon.

Left my laptop in for repairs since my fan was making a weird noise. Repairs took a little longer than expected but that was because the replacement part took long to arrive. As soon as the part arrived I got a call back within a day saying it's ready and to come pick it up.I dropped off a new PC build I was working on as I picked up the laptop since it wasn't booting. Got a call back two days later saying they found the issue and will charge me no money for the diagnostic. Nice folks.

Originally requested warranty service for my phone on a Friday. Said the part would be have to be special ordered and it would be in Monday, and they would call to let me know. Monday rolls by, no call. Tuesday rolls by, no call. I call mid afternoon on Wednesday and they say the part has been in and they're waiting on me. I told them there was no call and they said i can drop it off before 4pm. I worked until 6, so I dropped it off the following afternoon, Thursday at 330pm. They said it could be done same day, or be ready tomorrow (Friday). It was not ready then so I waited until the following afternoon, Friday at 3 pm. I called and they said the part was not in. I told them that I was told on Wednesday the part was in. They checked again and found it elsewhere. I asked if it would be done that day, and they said the tech already left for the day, at 3pm. I went and picked up my phone because I needed it and dropped it back off on Saturday at 330pm, which they said it would be done same day again. I arrive just at close and they said it's repaired but they can't give it to me until they certify it, which takes 30 minutes, and they have to leave right now. Frustrated, i was told to return at noon on Saturday. I arrive, and once again they say there was an issue and it's not ready yet. This time the camera was loose. I come back in an hour, and it was finally ready. I was compensated by a case for all my time wasted.
