Yael was a wonderful and helpful man. I cannot give enough credit for this man's usefulness and knowledge. Will def be telling everyone i know to come see him. I was in and out in less than 2 mins and didn't want to charge me so I was able to donate to the company. I will definitely be recommending everyone to come here.

The employees in this store were outstanding. After paying for a cracked screen repair at another location that was defective, I filed a claim through Asurion. The claim was not specific to this store because they did not have the required part, but the employees here assisted me with temporarily removing the defective screen several times so I could file the claim and use my old phone to set up the new one I eventually received. During my time in the store (it turned out to be a lot!) I observed them helping other customers several times. Would highly recommend for insurance claims and walk-in repairs.

Made an appt via Samsung's site for a screen protector replacement and they had me in and out in under an hour at no charge! Staff was pleasant and communicative. Highly recommended!
