Do not use this location. I tried to exchange a moving box I purchased the week before that was not glued on all sides. The manager was belligerent and rude and said that he would not exchange the box an I'd have to buy another. I've never experienced anything like this in any retail location EVER! Mind you looking at the other reviews I should have checked before I purchased here.

Sometimes you walk in a store and customer service is bad. Sometimes it's just horrible. This time was the level below that. It took about 15 seconds in the store to receive careless, unhelpful, borderline insulting "customer service" before I walked out. The man at the counter spoke to me like I'm stupid, and offered no help whatsoever. Avoid this place!! Dropped in Saturday, December 16th at 12:30pm.

Go to the one on Clairmont- this one sold me a wardrobe box with wrong size rod ( useless), a dish packing set missing a piece (useless) and a glass packing set missing a piece (useless). They “arranged” for me to get free replacement pieces, and then I had to pay for them. The most frustrating part is that they don’t answer the phones so I had to repeatedly drive there for help.

I turned in my rental on Saturday, November 11, 2023, from Charlotte, NC and was instructed to return the rental on Peachtree Road in Atlanta, Ga. The store had just closed, however Randy and Darrell was was very accommodating by accepting my rental, after explaining that I may not have anyone to bring me back to return the truck. Both gentlemen was very nice and professional. I received upscale treatment. Thank you Randy and Darrell.

I tried to rent a truck from this location the morning I was packing up and moving to FL, I used uhaul twice this year prior without any problems; However, this time i used a different emergency contact for my reservation, not knowing said person owed U-haul. That put a block on my account and I was unable to get the truck I reserved, which I feel like is ridiculous!!! I literally did NOTHING WRONG and I was penalized for it. Due to this I just had to give a bunch of my furniture and belongings away and just take what I could fit in my car. I WILL NEVER USE U-HAUL AGAIN!

I showed up for my truck rental reservation on time and had to wait 30 minutes to be assisted. That wasn't even the worst part. On the paper they gave me they lied and said the gas was 1/2 full. It was actually 3/8 full but I didn't think to look at the paper and get them to change it to the accurate amount. I realized when I returned the truck that they had charged me $15 for 3 gallons of gas. I only drove 8 miles, which was in writing on the actual receipt. I returned the truck at 3/8 tank as I received it. There is no way driving 8 miles would take 3 gallons of gas or even 1 gallon or even half a gallon. Now i'm having to file a formal complaint. I would recommend checking the gas meter and confirming the paper they give you is correct before you leave. I guess they lie to get more money.

Absolutely terrible experience at this location when I visited this weekend to simply pick up moving supplies. There was zero available or designated parking at this facility, and so I parked between two trucks and then an employee came out yelling and cursing at me to "move my f.....ingg.. car". I have never seen such unprofessional behavior before in a business. The agents at the desk were absolutely unprofessional, there were also cars in the parking lot with music blaring. The entire store felt unsafe and poorly managed to say the least. This location is very convenient but I will never visit it again after this experience.

This was our second location due to the horrible service from a previous one. Much better customer service across the board. & with only one employee working on a Saturday, the employee took great care of all of us & did so without skipping a beat. From confirming reservations, inspecting the rental vehicles & walking customers out, this location offers top-notch customer service.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Woman was extremely rude.and seemed to enjoy not helping me. She was more interested in eating her snack. I was on the phone with customer service outside and they were trying to figure out a way to help me without the dreadful woman inside. The woman turned off the lights at 6:45, 15 minutes before they closed. They had numbers posted for their CEO inside. Needless to say, I will be calling tomorrow.

Sorry, this is for The Eagles Landing LocationI have been charged TWICE by this location 100 extra dollars. When I asked why BIRH times they said because I dumped trash there! WHAT? I have NEVER left so much as a piece of paper!! I am disgusted when I see people litter on the street!How can you just ASSUME it was me! The manager was sooooo rude..saying his person said he spoke with me!! WHAT?? I have NEVER spoken to anyone about litter!! The manager Locco said, he was going to stand behind his employee and believe them!! WHAT!!As soon as I mentioned I would email the corporate office, then all of a sudden, he decided to do research and check the cameras..This is the 2nd time this has happened..so, I am wondering if this is a scam…a way for them to STEAL money!

Equipment and pickup were fine. But when I came back to return it (this is the location I was told to return at), they made me drive to another location to drop it. However, the other location was also full and not happy.Would have liked to at least get a call beforehand telling me to go to the other location.

Rented a trailer (for 15 hours) from this location that had to be returned by 8:30 am for another customer/rental. I pulled into the U-Haul lot and was immediately startled by the U-Haul employee, Tiwannie Ross, repeatedly blowing the horn of a large box truck she was sitting in. I pulled up to the "STOP" sign and she scolded me because another truck was allegedly coming from the rear of the building. She then took her time checking me out, told me I was checked out and to look for an email although I asked for a printed receipt, and jumped in her large box truck, rolling up the window and turning up the radio after asking her, again, for a printed receipt. I left, without a printed receipt, with her still sitting in the truck blasting the radio. She did not check the trailer for damages nor did she confirm the hand truck was inside the trailer. Thankfully, everything was recorded correctly when I reviewed my electronic receipt.

terrible customer service. both me and another customer were turned away because we didn't have a credit card available to rent a truck even when explicitly telling the front desk lady the uhaul websites says it's not required. she said it was and every uhaul requires when I regularly use them and have never had to put a credit card On file. Always my business card. I wonder how much loss of business this lady has cost uhaul.

The Counter Lady Javick Smith Talks SO Bossy to the cutomers. Sounds Not professional at all, when I tried to show her my Phone sms resevation link. she just denied rudely. Not shown which truck is issued also just hand over the key as she is ordering the employee to do her JOB. Ive never received such a bad experience in my life with UHAUL.we have asked also to issue us 15' truck which was available in the parking lot. she just denied.All over counter service seems like , they dont care about the customers needs.

DO NOT RENT HERE! Today was a complete waste of the time. I had a reservation and needed to wait for the cardholder. I asked if the truck would still be reserved the manager (I assume) said, “ I wouldn’t give your truck away that would be cruel”. I went to my car to wait. When my person arrived, the manager called someone else, then she said the van reserved is missing a key and there’s nothing available. This lady lied, she gave away 4 trucks while was waiting in the car and another one while we were there knowing I was waiting on truck. I was so upset. She even threatened to call the police on me. Moving is already stressful this was a horrific experience. I have movers waiting and a loading time reservations all thrown off because of Uhaul. The worst part is all she had to do was be honest and I would’ve let when first came and went somewhere else. She could’ve of sleepy stated I can’t guarantee I can hold the truck or we are looking for a key. Calling the police for poor business practices is wrong. I had e dry right to be upset. Again don’t rent here.
