I’ve never used this service but based on the amount of their drivers that have either:A) Almost run me off the roadB) Almost clipped my car because they don’t know how to mergeC) Apparently don’t know how to read speed limit signsD) Toss cigarettes out of their windowsE) Swerve and make last second decisions to get on/off an exit rampI’m convinced not a single driver has their CDL. It’s only a matter of time before they’re sued for wreckless driving in my opinion. If they don’t have safe drivers it leaves you to wonder what else they’re cutting corners on.

My move went great and was super efficient. Isaiah and Reggie were both great! They dissembled and moved all of my belongings with no damages what so ever. Both guys were friendly and worked well together. Definitely recommend!

My move was out of state, GA to NC. When I booked the move, I was told the same men would load and unload the truck. On moving day, the crew that came did not know my move was out of state and said they could not perform the move due to hours on the job or something like that. The the account manager tells me they can finish the move the next day. So, even though I was definitely unhappy about this, I planned to stay at my father's house and drive up the next day. Then they called back and said they would send a different crew but that it would be later at night 7/8 before they got there. So, I started the drive to NC (a 5 hour drive). When I was nearly halfway to my destination, the new crew called and informed me they wouldn't be there until around 11pm. That was entirely too late and would be disruptive to the community into which I was moving. So I had to book a hotel room for the night. When I relayed the events to the manager she said they could reimburse me for the hotel. They were supposed to call me back. I ended up calling them weeks later and was again told they would call back. Then another manager called and got my payment information "just to hold" until they figured out what exactly would be billed in consideration of the hotel reimbursement. That was a few weeks ago. I have heard NOTHING! But of course, what gets charged to my account today? With NO warning and no reimbursement?? I am beyond disappointed with their complete lack of consideration and professionalism. NONE of what occurred was my fault. I would never trust this company again.

I’m sure this is a great company the two guys that helped me move we’re very nonverbal I was so confused because I looked outside and the truck was gone when I still had about eight more boxes left and a bench and table that I told them I wanted to take and the guy did not even respond to me. So that got left behind , ended up having to make three trips in my own car to get the rest of the stuff because they just left without saying a single word. Also had to keep shutting the door behind them because I have cats And asked him to please make sure you shut the door behind you. One of them ran outside but I got her back the next day fortunately.

They did NOT show up for move! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL...They did not show up on the day of move. They confirmed the pick up time between 8:30-9:30. At 9:40, I called them and Ben said they are running late and they will be at my address at 10:15; I called back at 10:30, Ben said that the truck is broken but they have another truck available. They are waiting for the workers to come back to come on their way.... Story short, after not answering the call for a few times, Melvin from Sandy Spring office answered phone at 12 o'clock they told me that the men were tired and they went HOME!!!Interestingly, Nobody called me to communicate with me what was going on..When I am calling back to get my refund, they are not answering...

We used TM&aT about a month ago for a local move and it was a DISASTER. Not only were the two young men absurdly slow (8 hours and 4 breaks for a 3br apartment furniture move and essentially NO boxes! Oh, and we helped!), they broke two lamps, and broke our bed after installing it wrong! We only figured it out after my back pain got so bad these last few weeks that I asked my husband to check under the bed and that's when we realized they put together the base completely wrong and left an entire core beam out! As a result, parts of the frame are worn and broken and there's now a hole in our mattress. Not to mention my back is in serious pain. Unbelievable. To add insult to injury these guys didn't even bring proper tools with them! They were trying to put together our master bed with a handheld screwdriver! My husband had to unpack his drill so that they didn't spend another two hours just working on that. What's more, when he suggested the drill, one of the guys joked around that they didn't bring one so that they could get paid more since we had to pay by the hour!I've called three times now since the move and have yet to speak to any manager but I absolutely caution anyone to STAY AWAY from this company.I've moved over a dozen times in my life and have had my fair share of frustrating experiences with moving companies but this was by far, the WORST!Services: Furniture removal

They quoted $544-$834 and evaluated that my move will take 3.75-5.75 hours when all together with loading, unloading and time in road would take 1.5 hour, maybe 2 hour in worst case. The largest items were:- 55" TV,- loveseat,- mattress,- mattress box.We are 20 min of loading and 20 min of unloading until now.- 22 light and little items carried by one person each (chairs, unassembled plywood and aluminium furniture items) - 40 min loading and unloading together.Plus 15 min in road: 95 min total, such easy move shall be $250 per their false advertisements!

I'm not even sure where to begin the move went so terribly. I moved from Midtown to Brookhaven last Saturday and the movers were the worst employees I've ever met. I caught 2 of the men sauntering around my condo complex and when I asked if I could help them they said they were looking for a vending machine. This condo complex is a nice community in Midtown, Atlanta and does not have vending machines. Your employees shouldn't be looking for snacks while on the job. I caught the other man face timing a woman while on the job. The lack or hustle and pure lack of effort was astounding. When we left Midtown to drive to Brookhaven (15 min drive) the men did not show up to my Brookhaven townhome for 50 min. I'm not sure where they went but I'm assuming to grab dinner or a snack while on the clock. When they finally arrived to the Brookhaven townhome, I asked them in they got lost on the drive. They joked that they got pulled over by a cop. This was not funny to me as I am paying $142 per hour! I wish the move got better from here but it gets worse. One of the men smashed my ceiling with a headboard and was going to hide the dinged ceiling. He did not realize that I was watching from the kitchen and wouldn't have said anything. At the end of the move we went to tip and noticed $20 had been taken out of my boyfriend's wallet. We had put aside $30 to tip, and my boyfriend verified he had the money when we arrived at the townhome. One of the men took $20 out of his wallet and so when we went to tip we only had $10. The gentleman in charge said we could put the $30 tip on the credit card which we had no choice to do. We ended up tipping (or should I say throwing away) $50 ($20 was stolen) for horrendous service and after being robbed. After the men left, we noticed they left 2 items just in the garage (a grill and large rug). The movers didn't even complete the move successfully. Please do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from this god awful business! I have been trying to get in to contact with the franchise owner for 3 days and can't get someone to call me back. You would think after hearing that an employee stole from a customer that they would call back immediately but I guessed wrong!

I have never had such a bad experience with a moving company. The drivers were very late, even after calling them to see where they were. The move appeared to go ok. They zipped my furniture in and left just as quickly. After the movers left, I noticed pieces of my furniture were scratched and damaged and two items were broken - a glass shelf on my corner book case and my Tiffany lamp. They did not tell me this had happened. That night when I went to bed, it crashed to the floor causing me and my one-year old granddaughter to hit the floor. The movers had just set the mattress on the frame so it would appear to be attached. They said they were not able to return and I would have to schedule a time with their office for them to come back out. Needless to say, I had to pay ($35) for someone to set up the bed for me. The drivers were unfriendly and left a mess behind. After notifying Two Men and a Truck of the damages, I was told to file a claim, which I did. It took them three months to process my claim and that was only after numerous calls from me. They did not replace any of my damaged pieces and only paid $35 for having someone else set up my bed. I am a frustrated and angry (former) customer. I will NEVER use this moving company again!
