My first time using movers and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! My movers (Elliott and Toby) arrived early, were very friendly, brought their own furniture wrap and blankets and made sure they took everything I needed. The whole process was very easy and the price was exactly what I was quoted over the phone. I appreciate their help, especially right before the holidays. Thanks again! I will definitely use Two Men and a Truck again in the future!

We have used Two Men and a Truck 3 times. Each time we have had an excellent experience. From the person assisting with a survey, to the Office staff, ease of payment, the communication and expertise of the actualMoving crew….everything went perfectly and the experience has exceeded our expectations. This past move was led by Toby and Eddy who were experienced and professional….going above and beyond to make this successfully and flawless. Thanks to Toby and Eddy.

Two Men and A Truck were fantastic. They answered my phones calls very quickly and helped walked me through the process. I actually was arranging a move for my son in another city. That was complicated, but Two Men and A Truck made it easy. I had to reschedule the move time, and it was done, no problem. Everyone was lovely, responsive, professional and on time. What a great moving experience. It was fantastic with reasonable prices too! 5 Stars, 2 Thumbs up...a golden crown for a moving company.

WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER! I will give kudos to two employees at this location -- Joanie and Tyquan. They are the ONLY ones who have followed the Two Men and a Truck mission statement! The driver Keon was extremely unprofessional in his handling of a situation that arose and the manager T and field operations supervisor Carlos have been of little assistance in resolving my issues.I had an interstate move from Atlanta to Jacksonville. The packing of my home seemed to go smoothly -- however, I had requested and received a quote for boxes for my 65" TV and my wall art which were not on the truck when they arrived. They assured me that they would take great care of my belongings.Once we arrived in Jacksonville to unload the next day, things started to take a turn. I have a very large sectional sofa that the movers were well aware of when I was quoted for the move. They also had packed it on the truck in Atlanta. All of my items were removed from the truck and brought into my new home, except one section of the sofa. Keon had told me when loading that they were used to having to use the stairwells for moves and it would not be a problem. When they could not fit the piece into the elevator, the frustration level rose to a boiling point with Keon. He actually got in the truck and left Tyquan standing in the parking lot. No one could reach him as he had driven off of the complex property. I received a call from the move manager T trying to come up with a solution. I suggested the stairwell which was met with hesitation. 45 minutes later Keon returned and the movers got my sectional to the 4th floor stairwell landing. Because THEY DID NOT HAVE THE CORRECT TOOLS to take off standard legs on my sofa, it could not fit through the door. T wanted ME to go to Home Depot to purchase the skinny screwdriver they needed. Keon disappeared AGAIN and never returned to speak with me. I found my tools and attempted to take the legs off to fit it through the doorway but did not have the proper tool. So here's what happened....MY SECTIONAL WAS LEFT ON THE STAIRWELL LANDING (WHICH IS A FIRE HAZARD) AND I WAS GIVEN A $150 CREDIT ON MY $3900 MOVE!!!! INSULTING!! Also, NONE of my furniture was unwrapped or put back together (which i was assured would happend since it is part of the contract). I also have some pretty significant scratches on my dark wood furniture.I have attempted to have someone call me and resolve the issue multiple times. I suggested a resolution to Carlos 4 days ago and have not heard back. This location has broken the "Grandmother Rule" of Two Men and a Truck on many levels at this point. Next stop....the national headquarters for the company. I may be a single woman, but I will wield a mighty sword when I am wronged.

We had a great experience with Two Men and A Truck. We experienced a no show from our out of state moving company we'd originally scheduled, so in a panic, I called Two Men and A Truck and they were able to accommodate our move THE NEXT DAY to keep us on our moving schedule. We were reassured that the same men moving us out of our Georgia home would be the same to move us into our new out of state home. They were prompt the morning of our move, they were thorough with our items and wrapped/blanketed everything. They safely drove our items that same afternoon to our new state and stayed overnight in order to deliver and unpack them the next morning in our new home. They were helpful to put all items into our desired rooms in our home and unpacked the large furniture and such items they had wrapped for us. Our movers were Mike and his teammate and we would recommend them any day! Great experience!

Single man and did not have much to move and not very far, and yet it took 5 1/2 hours to complete. The one thing I did not want damaged, was destroyed. My new 55in TV, a gift from a friend. This was my first movers experience and I tipped the movers more than what I received back for my $500 TV. Only $20 returned. Being my first time, it was very disappointing. I trusted them to protect my TV so I went with the lower insurance: Yes, my fault for trusting a referred moving company. Lesson Learned but will never use this company again. The movers asked for tips and I respect them for their service of getting me to my new residence, so I tipped. I’m sorry, it was more of a bad experience than good for me. Take it for what it is worth. You never know what service you will get.

This company employs shake down artists. The minute they walk in the door they announce they want tips and then proceed to complain and threaten to leave without finishing the job. DO NOT HIRE THEM!! Would give them zero stars if I could.

I give the company 4 stars only because they messed up my scheduled time and arrived 9 hours later than scheduled. However, my move team, Calvin Huddleston and Michael Ohwubuya, were excellent! Even though they were dead tired from handling a move earlier in the day, they were professional, friendly, and hard-working. They took care of my things, wrapped and cushioned everything and just did a fabulous job. Two Men and a Truck, these guys deserve a raise!

Team arrived early, were diligent and careful with items being moved, checked in with me to verify how things were going... entire move went smoothly, professionally, timely. Nothing was damaged and items were placed in new space as requested. Awesome experience!

Movers were on time and worked promptly. 2 brand new piece of furniture that were only 5 weeks (payments being made) old got damaged. The local franchise in ********** area does not want to claim responsibility and wants only to pay $.60 per pound. Very unprofessional. So it doesn't matter the value, they just want to pay a per pound rate. They sculls have just thrown it on the truck, because it's not cost to them.

We moved to our home very recently and from start to finish, had a great experience! They provided a good consultation for us, answering all of our questions before the move. The day of, they were very efficient getting to our place and moving our stuff into the trucks. But went above and beyond expectations by being able to drive a few hours away from our old place to unload our items into our new home on the same day! We're kind, courteous, and professional throughout. Highly recommend!
