They’re supposed to shrink wrap your furniture. They didn’t do that, so all of my furniture arrived at my new home with stains on it. I was told “we are out of shrink wrap at the warehouse”. No discount, and no mention of this when I booked. They also broke a 65 inch TV that I paid extra to have boxed for me, they offered me $50 to be refunded to my card LOL. I used them 3 years ago for my move and they were amazing. SAD to see what’s happened to a once good company.
