Called to ascertain when I could come in to get a. Covid booster.You would think, from the full-of-herself pharmicist, that I had asked for black market contraband.I was lectured on how “ we all need to be part of the community” and further, that resrving a time was elitist vs. just showing up when the supplies are there!Finally, when asked if I wanted to speak to the pharmacy manager, and answering “ yes, let me speak to him”. that the manager was a woman, and since I used the pronoun HIM, would I still be willing to speak to the manager as the manager was a woman!”Condescending hardly covers this crew, particularly given that they portray themselves as the friendlier one shop, one store caring pharmacy!!A short addendum— both Publix and Kroger allowed appointments— got the booster earlySaturday at Publix by appointment!

Love the level of service we get here--Very personal, very pleasant and always efficient! I always enjoy perusing their offerings and often find hard-to-find items and interesting gifts here. Love having Tuxedo pharmacy close by!

It’s amazing the difference in doing business with a small, family run pharmacy versus a big chain. The level of care and service at Tuxedo never ceases to impress me. They are as much a part of my family’s personalized healthcare as our doctors, and are always happy to make recommendations to compliment whatever we may have going on. Whether wellness or illness, we can always rely on Tuxedo. We’ll be loyal customers as long as they are in business.

Very disappointed. My family and I are apart of this community. We are both business professionals in the community. My children go to school nearby and we have had a very unpleasant and hurtful experience at the Pharmacy. As such, I will spend the next hour filing a formal complaint with the Georgia Board of Pharmacy, ACLU and HHS. The gift shop employees have always been friendly. This complaint and review is purely based on the actions of the Pharmacy.

I love the friendly, reliable staff at Tuxedo. They remember you by name, always greet with smiles and go above and beyond to make sure not only your prescriptions are taken care of, but to also throughly answer questions, check on interactions and even place special orders on certain requests/brands we’ve had to request. Grant is awesome… Ive been using them for years and can’t say enough positive things about them!

You expect to pay more at a small private pharmacy....and I like to support locally owned businesses however charging 5x the price compared to other retailers for home Covid test is a bit much.

Very unpleasant experience in such a unworthy place!The owner is very arrogant person, who is never willing to help. All items are overpriced and if something doesn’t fit your needs you can’t return it.And if this greedy owner is so strict about pandemic she needs to provide gloves and masks and no items should be touched as they are all the time.

Above and beyond! This pharmacy is a local landmark. It truly has a little bit of everything from gifts, to fashion to pharmacy! But the service is the best! Helpful, kind and patient. I felt great supporting local vs the big chains. Love this place!
