The team here has been so incredible to work with. I went in to this store for help on some luggage gifts for my girlfriend's birthday. I wasn't quite sure what to get and needed some guidance. The sales staff here were such a tremendous help at not only helping me pick out the best items based on my girlfriend's tastes, they also had everything wrapped for me (because i am incapable of gift wrapping lol) and held it in the store for me until i could pick up at a later time. I also was in deep bind because what was likely user error, the lock on one of the pieces wouldn't open and my girlfriend had a flight in a few hours. I ran in to the store and they got me in and out in minutes! I worked with Lora and Kimberly, if you see them in the store just know you are in great hands!

I was on a trip recently and Delta damaged the zipper that covered the handle for rolling my suitcase. I went to the Tumi store and paid the $25 to send the bag to TUMI for evaluation for repair. I received an email a few weeks later stating the bag was not repairable. I responded that I didn't care about some of the seem scuffing and just wanted the zipper replaced. It was elevated to a supervisor and several weeks later, I received an email with a picture showing a tear in the fabric at the bottom of the zipper. Again, they said not repairable. A month after that, I received the bag back and checked the zipper seam and it was perfect. The picture they sent was not even my bag! Also, the bag now smells like vomit so its going in the trash it smells so bad. I was warned that TUMI will always say older bags are not repairable and offer a discount on their new extremely overpriced luggage. I was shocked that they just outright lied to me. Really really shady business practice. 1st picture is why they said my bag could not be repaired. 2nd picture is my vomit smelling bag they sent back that does NOT have that issue at all. I would NEVER buy another TUMI bag again.

This was my first time to this location. It took about 2 minutes of walking around to be acknowledged by the store attendant. Once acknowledged I was asked if I needed assistance. I looked at some nice leather backpacks and carryon suitcase. I wish they had some with a built in charger or hike for the cord. The Tumi store at Lennox Mall is beautiful. Seth was amazing with his knowledge of the products and went over and beyond designing the Name Tag for the " Alpha 3 " backpack purchase. He shared information on the accessories available as well as the Tumi Signature fragrances that I was not knowledgeable about.

The representative named Laurie had no idea of what she was doing on the computer when ringing me up. She had to redo my order twice and kept asking the other associate what “astricks mean” on the screen. Thank you Set/David for being so patient with her. I also told her of my upcoming travels for the weekend and was assured that UPS would deliver to my apartment the following week. I told her this was great since I wasn’t coming home until Wednesday that week. OF COURSE the package is delivered on Saturday, the same day that I flew out of the state for business. I’m new to ATL and have absolutely no one who can get my my $1000+ package from sitting in front of my door for the next 5 days. UPS did not require a signature for such an expensive package. When I called to ask about options since TUMI corporate is closed on the weekends, Laurie decided to ask me “why I had it shipped there”, as if it was my fault for having a packaged shipped to my home. No other option was given to me after Laurie was told I would be traveling and I was assured of a delivery date of next week. Then when I explain this very thing to her she says “let me stop you right there” and proceeds to say UPS shipping is not a TUMI problem. Understood, but in what customer service world would you EVER cut off a customer, tell them it was basically their fault for having the product shipped in the first place, and NOT ONCE at least say “apologies for the inconvenience”. Then this woman HUNG UP THE PHONE while I was mid sentence. I’m absolutely livid at Laurie’s choice of words and her inability to de-escalate the problem when she knew the customer was already upset. I hope for that stores sake that she is not a manager, because she is the wrong person to ever lead anyone. I spent nearly 3k in that store, and had plans to come back to complete my international luggage ensemble. Instead I won’t be returning and will be telling my entire network to not waste their time at this establishment.
