I can't wait until my contract is up to get away from this group. Their customer service is good during setup and then is nil after setup is complete. I don't advise anyone to use this group.

I've had service now through the corporate office now for less than 60 days and I'm so annoyed. They were quick and courtesies to get me setup. First they outsource setup through others. First person to come by for me set up but forgot to set up my lights or garage. Second person didn't show when I called corporate office to get my lights and garage setup. He called after the appointment time to say he was running late due to previous appointment so set it up next day. Next day still late over 30 mins. Now getting calls form corporate daily during my work hours and not sure why .. then guy finally told me from corp office in Dallas that my service is setup but not being Monitored because I have answered a few questions. WTH. I'm so annoyed that I was being called from brinks and true protection almost daily- I said dude I have to work and you calling me during my working hours is unacceptable. I should have stayed with the previous company that had the home before me. Needles to say lights are setup garage still not setup on the system and now I found out that when they setup my door look they disconnected my door code

I've had home security systems before, but after moving to the Atlanta area, I waited for a while to get one. I guess I remembered it being kind of a hassle. Not this time. True Protection made it so easy. Our installer was on time, friendly and helpful. The system is easy to use. I feel so much more relaxed and at peace, when I'm at home and when I'm not. I'm glad I called.

I just got my first home security system with True Protection and it was much easier than I thought it would be. A phone conversation with John established what equipment was needed and we set up an appointment for installation. Dan, the technician, arrived promptly, was very efficient and picked up after himself. His explanation of how the system works and how we should use it was very easy to follow. Both John and Dan were very friendly and professional. I think I am in good hands with True Protection and would recommend them to anyone.
