Horrible experience. I took my cat to see what she had and the vet suggested a teeth cleaning. I took my cat to a different vet and he found out she had a tumor and didn't need any teeth cleaning. I don't remember the Vet name, but she was maybe in her late 20's. Never again!!!! She clearly didn't know what she was doing.

exelent care we recently changed back to the vet wonderful my fur child actually smiled for the first time going into the appointment she usually looks so sad this time she was ready ti be checked out lol

We recently changed vet clinics and Treehouse has been wonderful to do business with. One of our cats is still alive and thriving thanks to the great vets at Treehouse. Laura is one of the best techs I've ever met - she truly has a great love for animals and our animals love her. I highly recommend Treehouse!

I absolutely love Treehouse! I recently got a mini golden doodle puppy and decided to bring her here for treatment. The staff is great and my puppy actually loves coming here! The staff treats her so well and always remembers her name and plays with her. Thus far, she's had two rounds of shots and an emergency visit. Treehouse did a great job of working me in during the emergency visit and was able to see Ivy within a hour of me calling to ask to bring her in. Every single interaction has been very positive for me and my adorable puppy! They've always answered all questions about treatment, food, health related questions about Ivy and made suggestions. We will definitely be back and look forward to establishing care here going on.

I've personally utilized Treehouse Animal Clinic to board my two dogs for the past several years. Due to my hectic schedule, I need a facility that is caring, clean, and provides great customer service. After picking up my dogs from boarding last month, I immediately noticed both dogs had severe diarrhea. It was constant and lasted for several days. I was shocked because both dogs were perfectly fine before dropping them off for boarding. When I noticed staff of the situation, the staff were rude and no one appeared to care or seemed the least bit concerned. After spending thousands of dollars boarding my dogs at this facility, I expected better customer service than what I received.

I am so thankful we found treehouse animal clinic! All of the staff is very attentive and we really love working with Dr. Smith. She sees both our cat and puppy and she always answers all of our questions and does not make us feel rushed. They are always able to get us an appointment within 24 hours if our pets have any urgent issues. Love this place!

Treehouse made an extremely difficult time much easier with their empathy, professionalism, and love for animals. My senior rescue cat was very, very sick and they worked with me to do anything and everything we could to get him better. When it became clear that he could no longer go on, they made him as comfortable as possible. After he passed, I received a handwritten note from the entire staff. The love and respect my cat and I were shown here has stuck with me since then, 2 years later. Thank you so much Treehouse.

A truly standout team. We've brought 3 different dogs in, from puppy to senior during our time in Atlanta. Dr. Carpenter, Kit, Nicole, Laura, Rob, Greg and everyone else. Always helpful, caring, understanding, always exceeding our expectations. We really can't recommend this place enough.

I adopted a cat about three months ago and chose Treehouse as his vet. I have only been here two times over that time. I came today completely unannounced to get his nails trimmed and they greeted me and my cat by name as soon as I walked in the door. I love it here! And they always take such great care of my baby and try to help me save money whenever possible.

Since you weren't involved in any of the one on one discussions, I am not really sure how you can put you 2 cents on anything. And there was one person in the waiting area, how do 2 people comment. And you seem to ignore the fact that the receptionist was sent out of the room because she was talking back to us. I also find it amazing how detailed these descriptions are. Employees getting people to comment on their side of the story or the employees talking bad about customers? Because these random people were just trolling yelp to see if I commented. Extreme lack of professionalism at this place with a revolving door of employees. Don't people want some consistency and respectful behavior in their pet caretakers.

Treehouse has been treating my aussie-doodle since we got him six years ago. We have always had a pleasant experience. They are especially helpful in emergency situations. They can be overly cautious, which can get expensive, but I just make sure to ask what treatments cost before I consent to them, and decline anything that seems unnecessary. I, too, was a witness to the events described by Rebecca S. below. She and her husband were incredibly hostile toward the employees at Treehouse. At one point her husband was yelling and calling the receptionist a foul name. The vet told the receptionist to retreat into the back to protect her from Rebecca's hostility. The whole thing was very upsetting. Another client tried to defend the employees, but she, too was shouted down by Rebecca. They had no reason to be so incensed, except I suppose that they were embarrassed to not have the appropriate paperwork for their new puppy. But that was no excuse for the outrageous commotion they caused in the lobby. I recommend disregarding her review.

Dr. Anne Kuik is the best, hands down. She's a great vet and deserves these kind words. I've been bringing my dog Treehouse for 8 years and it's consistently professional, easy to get appointments and friendly. I have high standards and I recommend bringing your animals here.

We found a stray dog off the side of the road, in bad shape. Most of her fur had fallen off, she had fleas, and a bunch of other issues. These guys were able to get us in last minute and the Dr. White was amazing! They treated Angel with such love and care, helped us so so much. Front desk was friendly, techs were friendly, and just felt really optimistic after having Angel treated here today!
