They were super friendly over the phone and informed me that they most likely wouldn’t be able to look at my car until Tuesday. I appreciate being given reasonable expectations so I could plan accordingly. To my pleasant surprise I received a call/text that my car was ready for pick up. “After struggling to have a part replaced on my car, 2 backyard mechanics, strung me along for a week, Goodyear, wanted to know, “what’s in your wallet” Firestone, faked a diagnostic, but charged me, then proceeded to point out the wrong part, in order to squeeze me for more money.
