As a homeowner of almost 20 years, I experienced several nightmares living at Park Towers. With each passing year, the place gradually turned into an international ghetto. The concierge staff was lazy and disrespectful. The many management companies and property managers only kept getting worse. There were several issues with flooding from disintegrating pipes to electrical outages due to failing /old electrical wiring, poor to zero security, and few cameras actually working but too old to capture clear images, etc, etc, etc. Most of the crime or the HOA's poor financial situation was never revealed to the homeowners as it should have been. The building is falling apart and the association does not have the money for proper repairs. If you are considering this as a place to live, ask for the HOA financials in advance, including audits and reserve studies. Study them carefully before you commit to buying.

The location of the apartment is good, and the front desk can provide me with good help. That's why I gave this apartment 2 stars. However, what I can see is that according to the condo's policy, Airbnb and other short-term rentals are not allowed in this condo. However, I found that this bad situation has persisted in this apartment for a long time and the property has done nothing about it. Some ignore this rule, and the apartment does nothing about it, robbing the apartment of its basic integrity and accountability to public tenants. At the same time, the public health of the apartment is extremely bad, and there is often a strange smell (suspected of sewage) in the corridor, which is disgusting. And there's often unidentified liquid in the elevator (suspected to be pet urine) so I can't give this apartment a good review, and definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know. Anyone looking to consider moving in is seriously considering any condos in the surrounding area because of the severe lack of management.

Nice place but the freight elevators weren't working when trying to deliver something. This place is locked up tighter then a drum, you have to go to the front door to find out any information.

One thing I don't like is homeowners that don't clean up after their pets that urinate in the elevators. Just like you must clean up after your pets in public you must clean up after your pets that deficate or urinate in the elevators.CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PETS!!!People are allowed to have large aggressive breeds here. I think that shouldn't be allowed. I saw one residents large aggressive breed walking her. She barely had any control over it.Trash shoots wreak but residents can help by donating a box of baking soda to the trash shoot by placing an open box in the room and pouring some down the shoot and or spaying them with anti fungal spray.UPDATE: After almost 2 years overall I can say it's a nice place to live. Trash shoots improved, doggy clean ups improved, security improved, aggressive breeds gone , but parking still sucksBut please tip the concierge's folks. Don't be stingy!

CONCIERGE NEEDS TO WARN NEW PARKERS TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITHIN THE APP THAT'S USED FOR GUEST PARKING, NOT SIMPLY PUSH THE BUTTON FOR "3 HOURS" OF PARKING,... OR ELSE THE CON ARTISTS KNOWN AS "CITY WIDE PARKING" (CWP) WILL BOOT NOT ONE, BUT TWO TIRES ON YOUR VEHICLE, AND CHARGE YOU TWICE,... TWICE... LIKE THEY DID WITH ME... AND KEEP YOU WAITING FOREVER ON A COLD ATLANTA NIGHT WHILE THE TECH TAKES FOREVER TO SHOW UP TO DE-BOOT YOUR VEHICLE. I HAD TO WAIT FOREVER WITH MY FRIEND WHO IS 80+ YEARS OLD, FEMALE AND DIABETIC ON A COLD ATLANTA NIGHT BEFORE THE TECH SHOWED UP TO DEBOOT MY VEHICLE! NOT SAFE FOR MY FRIEND!!! SHAME ON THE CON ARTISTS KNOWN AS "CITY WIDE PARKING!"

Deck parking garage spaces are used for storage ..If you like returning home to look at vehicle tires, fuel containers ect......Then you will like living at park Towers ... Just "some kind of people" do not care... What do you think Tower 1 board members? I know the deck parking is shared by renters and go by other rules. How about the ruble on park Towers 1 parking spaces?????

Access Management will not keep your vehicle safe. Stay AWAY from here. There have been multiple break-ins and they say "you live in Atlanta" implying to accept the larcenies and vandalism as business as usual. There is zero security in the parking deck so it's hit all the time by criminals. Thieves used a crow bar on the window to avoid setting off the alarm then grabbed the lug key from my glove box. And don't think for a minute I was the only one hit by the criminals. But alas, building management shrugged and sent out a preposterous email about how to keep your vehicle safe from larceny emphasizing that break-ins are a part of living in Atlanta. BS. Unit COA fees are $500.00 per month and this is what you get. Run away. Run far away.

I would give a negative if I could. The concierge as a whole is terrible. I have never in my life been treated so rudely or experienced a management team that was so unprofessional. The front desk lady, manager, and other guy who all worked there were fighting me, berating me, and I would say harassing me (especially the manager) instead of helping to fix the problem. They took absolutely no responsibility for any of my concerns. I visited the community and all the guest spots out front were full, so I parked in the parking spots around back. There was not a sign that said not to park there and there were no signs about getting a parking pass. I parked, went inside, checked in with the concierge who took my drivers license so I could have access to the key fob to go up the elevator, and thirty minutes later when I went back out to my car, I had a boot on it. I went back to the front desk to address this with the concierge and they said I'm supposed to have a parking pass as a guest...so I asked why she didn't tell me when I checked in and she said well that's not my job.... I have been to about 15 different condo buildings in the Atlanta area within the past 6 months as I'm in real estate and each and every concierge always lets you know if you need a parking pass when checking in as a guest. This concierges response was well you should have read this sign on my desk....(this was a small sign that had a bunch of other writing on it and I didn't realize if I was talking directly to the concierge that I needed to go and read all the fine print every where). Also, my parking space I parked in did not have a sign that said I needed a pass to park there. The manager and another guy got involved saying it's not their job to tell me and started talking very negative to me and looked me up and down rudely. It was very rude, unprofessional, and had me to the point of tears as I am a young female and the these were two grown men handling the situation like this. The company finally came to remove the boot and the concierge manager came up to me laughing and making fun of me saying I parked in a handicapped spot when I actually did NOT. He rudely asked to follow me out there to prove me wrong and I said no. I went out by myself and he ended up following me to the back of the building...I should of called the police but thankfully the boot guy was there to mediate the situation and I left. The owners pay way too much in HOA monthly fees to have this terrible of a concierge service. I would never recommend this community to anyone and the other reviews I have read all state the concierge is terrible as well.
