0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND !! Very unprofessional!!! Booked with them a month before exact move in date and confirmed a few times before I traveled to Atlanta to make sure I had movers for my new apartment. A hour before me traveling 4 hours to get here I received a TEXT message saying they were not able to move because they were 5 hours behind!!! I didn’t receive an apology or no sort of compensation and had to search around for movers at the last minute! I would give them negative 10 stars if I could! Please take my word DON’T DO IT!!

Booked them 3 weeks in advance.They were a no show on moving day. Could not find anyone else to move us because of last minute. Totally ghosted us after calling and saying they were running an hour behind.

Don't use them unless you have the patience. I spoke with someone to set up the date and time. He was going to call back and confirm when we got closer to the date. When I had not heard from him two days before my move I called him and he still hasn't call me back and the move is tomorrow. I had to call another mover at the last minute. Very unprofessional and won't consider them again.

I spoke with Roger on Friday, 9/23, to schedule a date/time for my move. Everything seemed great and he came off professional and ready to help. It was confirmed that they would arrive 9/29 @ 10am. I never received a confirmation text/call prior to the scheduled moving day. The morning of, I texted him around 8:45am for confirmation and never received a response. Closer to 10am, I texted again and called and got no response/no answer. Between 10am-11am, I called 3 times and got their vm. To this very moment @ 11:30pm, 9/29, I still have not received a response. This company never showed up or communicated with me of any changes to my slot. They are extremely unprofessional. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Thankfully, I was able to book with another company, Movers in Atlanta, who was able to squeeze me in the same day.

I called this moving company and specifically asked them if they use plastic wrap and they said of course. When they unloaded my washer and dryer they both had large scratches on it because they didn't use plastic wrap! I also did not see them load the truck because they did not tell me in advance that it was cash only so I had to run to the bank. Very disappointed.

Do not use this company!!!! After 2 confirmation calls, they did not show up, and never returned our calls or voicemails. We had to move ourselves. Do not use!

Worse moving company ever! Workers were very disrespectful & rude! The workers are not professional movers, seem like the owner will hire anyone. They did not handle my items with care & they damaged my bed! I have to order a new bed frame. This is not a real moving company. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I never leave reviews, but this service was unacceptable & mad I paid 400$ because it was not worth it.

Was going to use this service, but change my my mind. They are not licensed by the city of Atlanta and not located at this address. Just doing due diligence. I only wish Google would do the same by removing unlicensed businesses like this.

Watch out! This guy is a smooth talker. Has the gift for Gab. Couple of workers showed up and nearly destroyed everything that we owned. The owner named Gerald gave my wife a sob story about having a chronic illness and only less than a year to live so she talked me into letting him off the hook for damages. That was in 2008. He's still alive.

Now I remember! I remember this guy from Craigslist. A real life narcissist, unlicensed, fake insurance and uses undocumented workers from street corners. This guy is notorious for not owning up to damages.

Incredibly unprofessional and very apathetic! They were supposed to move our things and they never did. Instead of informing us a few hours in advance that they may have to cancel because of a light drizzle. Gerald from this company called ten minutes after they were supposed to show up. When asking for a solution, Gerald said if it's raining they are expecting a tip that is doubled in the price of the move and that they will go over the time limit because of the rain. Gerald then suggested we could call his buddy who he sometimes refers customers to, but that we'd have to pay the same price and help him with the move! Very dissatisfied. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! So glad that there was no deposit.
