Last night, my boyfriend went into Tokyo Valentino to surprise me with wonderful news .. Where he met, Olivia …. A salesperson . She actually talked him into putting me on FaceTime so I could shop with her and actually probably get more of what I like versus what he wanted. What a wonderful idea. Thank you Olivia for being so helpful.. Thank you for hiring someone who actually care and wants to help. Good job Olivia you should get 10 stars.

We were greeted out loud as I walked through the door,,, like I was at Moe's about to order tacos.Lol . Her name is Olivia , At five o'clock in the morning,. She was as happy as if she just came on shift. Instead of being there ,for 7 hours already. I couldn't have met a more delightful person. She was very knowledgeable in such a awkward Place to end up at five o'clock in the morning, . After reading a review,Post it by A guy named mike, I felt compelled to write one myself . The worst place ive literally seen in my life i came 2 days ago and i’m just traumatized how this business can still be open, it was just disgusting how bad it was, everything was cheap, the lights , the sofa, the music , the people was so dirty i’m still shocked of that place LITERAALY NO JOKE

Security Gurard is a AHole and will follow you around the store like a criminal while shopping very uncomfortable and one day sad to say he going to get hurt by approaching people and making them feel uncomfortable. And I’ll be tune in on channel 2 news smh.

UPON MY LAST VISIT IN 2023, I NOTICED THAT THERE HAS BEEN A LOT OF UPGRADES TO THE CLUB. THE MAJORITY OF THE BOOTHS HAVE BEEN TAKEN OUT AND THE OTHER REMODELED BOOTHS HAVE CAMERAS IN THEM WHICH IS AN INVASION OF PRIVACY. I'M QUITE SURE THAT THE CLUB WILL LOOSE A LOT OF BUSINESS. SEVERAL OF MY COLLEAGUES INDICATE THAT THEY'RE NOT RETURNING!

Place seems to have gone down hill since my last visit. The girl behind the upstairs counter was very rude and unwelcoming. Said we could not bring any drinks into the building (non-alcoholic or otherwise) as she ironically spoke to us with a mouth full of chips she was eating over her chemistry homework laid out across the counter. Albeit clearly in my late 20s and with a very full beard, she refused to let me shop because I could not present a physical copy of my ID (which I accidentally had left at home and had a digital copy which a liquor store would accept unbegrudingly later that evening). It makes me wonder how a place like this is supposed to stay relevant when I can get whatever I need from Amazon in two days with no hassle.

The new upgrades are incredible! We have a great time there and wife calls this place her "Play ground". Very clean and have had no issues at all there.

I wish I could put 10 stars because Ginger is the best! I’m so shy but want to spice it up in the bed. She helped me out so much and suggested several different items and products Ginger took her time with me I felt like a VIP and everything. Ginger is so kind but funny makes you feel so comfortable with being in the store! Will definitely be back

I’m new to the area and was recommended to go here by some friends. I must say that they have almost ANYTHING you can think of. Not only that but the staff was Excellent! As soon as I came in the store Ms. Ginger welcomed me and was also very knowledgeable, she definitely made me feel welcome. Would highly recommend!!!
