I’ve used his services a couple times in the past. Although he might be knowledgeable of what’s he’s doing his personality and character are quite toxic and is very unprofessional. I called him yesterday to take an appointment for a consultation and asked for his availability. He said tomorrow at 1:00 PM - which is today. As he’s changed his office address I asked him for the new one he said he would give it to me tomorrow at the appointment time the following day saying it’s very close to the old address. So, I arrived at his old address in time, called him multiple times to his two different phone numbers and left him voicemails, but he neither answers nor call back. What a ridiculous guy he is. He hesitates to share his office address during our phone conversation yesterday and doesn’t bother to update it on his website as well as his Google profile. Why should he keep his current office secret ⁉️ What a complete ridiculous clown he is. Never will I in the future try to seek his services. He utterly wasted my time.

Very bad experience, when arrive where 2 people in front of us waiting, then when it was our turn he ask us to wait outside and fill up a paper with our basic information, it took us 2 minutes to fill up and TK started helping new people that came after us . After one hour he came out and ask us to come back in 2 days. His office was very smelling and dusty. So sad we spend a lot of time there for nothing.

Run, don't walk, away from this place. TK filed the wrong papers on my behalf, causing me to pay a $700 penalty to healthcare.gov. I took the notices to TK, from healthcare.gov and the irs, showing that I needed to file 1095-A and 8962 forms in order to retain my substantial premium credits. Even though TK already knew that I had been enrolled in healthcare.gov the entire year, he told me to ignore those notices and that I only needed to file a 8965 form saying I was exempt from enrolling in healthcare.gov. I directly asked him why we would not obey the letters that clearly stated what I was supposed to file. TK ensured me that he knew what he was doing was right. TK was WRONG! And so last month I got to pay my entire premium which was over $700! I cannot afford TK's screw-up, so now I have to go through the appeal process with healthcare.gov, hoping to recoup my money. So disappointing.
