I have been a loyal customer of tire south for years and will never return. I had to bring my car in 3 times this week to fix a leak in my tire because they were incapable/too lazy to fix it correctly the first two times.
The first two times, they said it was fixed but I would wake up the next day to a flat tire. Finally the 3rd time I brought it in they took my tire off and “found the problem”. They tried to sell me 2 new tires. I told them no because my tires are new. Someone else looked at it and said my tires are completely fine. Basically, they had no idea and were trying to sell me new tires. Eventually we found the problem after going back and forth and new tires wouldn’t have even fixed the issue. On top of everything, when they took my tire off my car they dropped it and scratched the rim in front of me without an apology.
I really want to like this place because I have been taking mine and my wife’s car here for years, but I won’t be back. I can’t trust them to do the work I am paying for unless I watch and I can’t trust that their recommendations are correct.

Came in to get an oil change and a brake inspection. Described a specific issue I had with the front brakes, and specified that I did not want any additives with the oil change.
First call after they took a look they told me it would be a $700 bill. When I asked them to itemize everything I realized they were trying to charge me for the oil additives I had specifically told them not to use, as well as charging me for items like wipers, air filter, and cabin filter which I had changed myself within the last 6 months. The fact that they said the cabin filter was dirty tells me they didn't even take a look before trying to charge $50 for a $10 part that takes 30 seconds to pop in. Taking off these useless up-charges took off a few hundred bucks.
3 stars because they ultimately did fix the brake issue, but they couldn't be trusted to find the issue without having to re-describe the issue and have them take a second look. Typical sleezy up-charges at every opportunity.

They took care of my hubby's Chevrolet, Silverado and now my Nissan, Armada! I wish there were 10 Stars to give!!!! 4 brand new tires; in and out, "In a flash"! Thank you Mr. Holden, for providing outstanding customer service and assessing all my tire needs, to assure my safety on these Atlanta roads. We'll be back!!! Customer for a lifetime!!
