“Ms. T the store manager is the backbone of this location. She single handedly turned what should’ve been a VERY frustrating process into a pleasant and memorable experience. Her professionalism, great attitude, and commitment to customer service/customer satisfaction is very rare to find, especially at a car service business. If it wasn’t for her going above and beyond to ensure I was provided proper service, there’s no doubt I would’ve left Mavis today extremely dissatisfied, never to return. However thanks to the great care & attention to detail she selflessly provided I will be returning to this location a happy and satisfied customer for future maintenance.”

“Hands down the best shop I’ve ever been to! I highly recommend them. I’m a single female and my car died so I had it towed here on a Saturday. They were super friendly over the phone and informed me that they most likely wouldn’t be able to look at my car until Tuesday. I appreciate being given reasonable expectations so I could plan accordingly. To my pleasant surprise I received a call/text that my car was ready for pick up. They even stayed after closing so I could pick it up. My car is 10 years old so I was bracing for bad news/big expense however it was just overdue oil change & the cost was very reasonable!! Once I noticed it was leaking on my dashboard through the tire pressure monitor, I googled “Tire Installation Near Me” and R/Rtire services came up. I was greeted in nice and friendly matter. They had that leaking tire off and with the new tire on just 20 minutes or less. Excellent customer skills, what a phenomenal job they have done today. Definitely will go back anytime. “Omg! This establishment represents customer service to the fullest. My daughter wasn't able to avoid a pot hole while driving in Atlanta. I'm 5 hours away and wasn't able to get to her. I searched online for a tire shop closes to her school and Tire South (Howell) came up. I read the reviews and decided this is the one. From the time I called and spoke to Akeen to the time she checked out with Travis, I was overjoyed with how we were treated. Travis said something to me that more businesses should put thought behind. Travis said, "Without you the customer, we would not have a job."
