Was supposed to be coming in for an interview but no one has got back to me about what time to come in or anything. I’ve even emailed the manager & called plenty of times. They didn’t even get back to me. I was so excited to be chosen for an interview & each time I called, someone named Darius told me that Ms. Ren Fennell was always “busy”. You’re that busy that you can’t call or email me at all? Honestly I am discouraged & upset. I won’t be reaching out ever again. I’m tired of these managers at these retail companies overlooking me. Pandora too.

Terrible experience with client advisor: 11697 Noune Kalpakchian. Was serious about purchasing several items, but due to terrible service and attitude from the CA, I just ended up purchasing one cheap bracelet instead. Was not even offered a water, and the CA was completely unpersonable, and unhelpful. Love Tiffany, but terrible experience with this CA!

We came in here and knew exactly what we wanted to buy but waited over 15 minutes with no one approaching us even though there were associates who weren’t with customers. Maybe it’s because we had our baby with us or were wearing athletic clothing…I don’t know. We ended up leaving and going to the Tiffany’s at Lenox where we were immediately helped by the sweetest lady and we bought what we came in for.

I’m very disappointed with this service I received at this location on 07/29/2024. Tim, the service representative was very disrespectful. I called him out on his behavior and he apologized numerous times. However, it was too late. It is not the customers responsibility to teach sensitivity training to employees. Be mindful that people of all backgrounds/race can afford to buy luxury items.

The old Tiffany no longer exists, they should change the name to something else. Customer service and jewelry craftsmanship are terrible. You send a ring for repair, it comes back with missing stones, poor prong security, chipped diamonds. I sent a quartz ring for repair and within one use, the band split at the solder point. The customer service personnel is very incompetent, can’t even type the repair estimate correctly. The golden Tiffany days are gone, spend your money with a company that values quality and craftsmanship.

Tiffany’s is no longer a quality brand. Like everything else it dies not live up to the hype. We bought our daughter a necklace for her 18th birthday. The clasp broke within a year but couldn't take it back for months later because she had gone off to college. When I walked in to this store I was bombarded by sales people only to be taken to a CSR booth and helped by someone else. I dealt with two different reps and both were not friendly, almost robotic. The gentleman I brought the necklace to at first was the worse of the two and argued with me about the repair wanting me to pay for it. Way to stand by your overpriced, poorly made product. I picked the necklace up and was greeted by a very cold indifferent woman. She said it is guaranteed for one year but I wont be going back here for a repair or anymore purchases. There are so many fine jewelers in Atlanta where you can get one of kind or custom pieces that stand the test if time!

Tiffany's Phipps Plaza, Atlanta stands out as a beacon of traditional elegance and exemplary customer service in a retail landscape that often prioritizes efficiency over personal touch. Here, the emphasis on class and attentive assistance from sales associates remains steadfast, creating an atmosphere that exudes sophistication and refinement. In a world where such qualities are increasingly rare, Tiffany's Atlanta remains a shining example of timeless luxury and impeccable service.

We visited the store to have a sterling silver necklace cleaned. We arrived at approximately 7:30pm. The store generally closes at 8:00pm on Saturdays. My guest and I were helped by Deon. She was most helpful. She cleaned the necklace in less than ten minutes. She inspected the necklace and suggested that we replace the clasp to ensure that it would not unexpectedly come loose while being worn. She was very professional and very helpful.

Ricardo is a top-notch sales professional who goes above and beyond what is expected. He made my experience getting a vintage Tiffany’s watch repaired incredibly smooth. He is a credit to Tiffany’s.
