This hotel is an absolute JOKE for it to be a Marriott brand. It seems like there’s little diversity between the front desk staff versus the valet staff. When I was there on Thursday (10.17.24), there was no toilet paper or SOAP in the lobby bathroom and when I went to notify the front desk agent, he looked at me like he was confused as to why this was a problem. But to add icing to the cake, THE WATER WASN’T WORKING on Saturday (10.19.24). There was no communication about the ongoing issue and I had to pack up, leave and go to a friend’s house just to shower, which threw my entire schedule off. The inconvenience this caused… just no words. Imagine Popeyes running out of chicken or Cadillac not having cars.
I will NEVER recommend this place. It seems like there’s little to no hospitality here. The valet staff, especially the light skinned gentleman that works the overnight shift, acts if we owe them something. There’s no welcoming greeting. This place needs a total revamp with its staff and some of their amenities. I’m not even going to talk about the chicken Alfredo “special” that I ordered that had absolutely NO ALFREDO in it. This hotel is NOT indicative of the Marriott brand and they should be ashamed to even be called a WESTIN!!!
Rooms: The windows don’t block out the sounds of the traffic or the planes.
Food and drinks: The food is not as advertised. I ordered chicken Alfredo and the pasta noodles were not as described and the pasta didn’t have Alfredo in it WHATSOEVER!!!
Noteworthy details: The hotel didn’t have any running water so I couldn’t shower, wash my hands or brush my teeth.

You definitely get the overall experience you pay for. From the rooms to the food and service, you will not be disappointed. One comment I would make about the service, please make sure you are giving accurate information to your customers. There was some misinformation given on food options for those with dietary restrictions and whether you pay for parking separately or it is part of your room fee. Also, if you make a mistake, own up to it, apologize, and move on.

Clean, quiet, close to the airport. They have a shuttle to and from the airport every thirty minutes.

The rooms here are very comfortable and the beds are very cozy. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at Cecilia’s restaurant. Our server for dinner, Herold, and the rest of the staff were great. For breakfast, Wanda put coffee in our cups and smiles on our faces, she truly got our day off to a great start. We really appreciated the good food and great service. I realize it’s not easy to work in a restaurant so thanks to all of you for all that you do!
Food and drinks: The staff at the restaurant were very accommodating and helpful, and the food was very good.

Every time I stay here and have breakfast, Wanda is GREAT! She is very personable and attentive to customer needs.
She is a great leader for her team - not just give directions but showing.

I had a quick one night stay for a meeting. The hotel was clean and inviting. The staff was helpful, the food was good.
Rooms: My room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable and I had plenty of space to work during the day.
Food and drinks: For dinner my first night I had scallops and crawfish with cheese tortellini in a sauce and it was excellent. For lunch my second day I had chicken noodle soup and a Greek salad. The soup was good, the salad was fresh made. Our waitress Wanda was very friendly.

The rooms are OK. Convenient location. That's about all the good I have to say.
I stayed for one night and it was absolutely the worst hotel stay experience I've have in a decade. Staff are disinterested. Front desk is impossible to get a hold of. At 3:30AM I was woken up to loud music being played and it has not stopped.
NOT. WORTH. THE. MONEY.
Find anywhere else to stay at the prices this hotel charges.

My experience at Cecilia's Restaurant was wonderful!
Not only did Wanda provide excellent service to me today, I observed her assist one of her customers, whose hands were full with luggage and having to rush to his transportation, by speedily getting a to-go box and bringing it to the bus that was about to pull off. That is what I consider "going the extra mile."
Wanda is a great asset to your organization. I certainly hope you recognize her contributions to you as well as show appreciation to her as well as all your wait staff.
I have been served in this restaurant since Monday morning. Every dining experience has been awesome!

Big room, clean and well-arranged furniture. Good service and included breakfast was good. Close to airport (domestic) and they provide free shuttle service. For international, you have to goto domestic and then take another shuttle for International and can take well over 45min.

I'm Gold on Marriott and spend 25+ nights a year in Marriott properties. This is the worst Marriott hotel I've stayed at. First night ate in the lobby restaurant and the wait staff couldn't have been more disinterested. $20 for a cocktail at the airport is ridiculous, you're in Georgia not Manhattan. Second night tried to order room service while I worked from the room. Over the course of two hours I called three times, the kitchen closed, and I never got what I ordered. They also never came to clean my room. A maid was in here and took out some - not all - of the trash, left a few towels but didn't make up the bed, and didn't clean anything. The only nice thing I can say is that it's near the airport. Stay somewhere else, this hotel is trash.

I went on bussiness trip and I can say that the place is super nice!
The food was awesome at the restaurant and the room was super cute and smelled nice.
I went during the huricane and they had a LOT of leaks and it was full of home depot buckets at the lobby, they do need to fix that ceiling lol
