Very little for children under the age of 10 can do without paying extra money, does not allow lane reservations for the pool, not a lot of variety in group classes compared to other YMCAs in metro Atlanta, hosts events in their venue and does not have contact information for YMCA members who attend the event when a service is not provided/completed by a vendor at the event

Gorgeous pool, but no longer allows lane reservations, which is very inconvenient. The facility is very clean, and staff at the front desk are very, very polite and friendly. Lots of natural light makes the whole place a delight to exercise in.

Wonderful facility, the pool is beautiful, especially in the Fall when the trees are turning.
Very friendly staff. Everywhere is very clean. This place is truly a “gem.”
I only have 1 issue but sadly it drove me away.
I have small window when I can come and swim. I use the app to reserve a lane like I’ve done at other Y .Almost every time there is someone in the lane when I arrive. I try to wait but eventually I have to leave and don’t get to swim. I don”t want to perpetuate the problem by jumping in another lane. And I don”t feel comfortable telling someone I have the lane reserved. Is there a way you can make people aware of the lane reservation system.? It works well at other facilities. I would love to rejoin.

Very Professional Staff. My husband Willie Smith and I have benefited from the wellness classes, workout equipment, steam, pool classes and whirlpool. I absolutely love this location. I’ve interacted with many staff members and they are all incredibly friendly and helpful. This location is a little smaller and doesn’t get crazy crowded which is nice!

Beautiful facility and very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the pool water makes your eyes burn for hours after swimming. Must wear goggles if you are going to swim here. Please address this problem because it is not normal and this pool would be so nice otherwise. Several months ago our family tried to swim here also and the same problem occurred and I was assured the chlorine is tested daily. You should not have to wear goggles to swim comfortably.
