This is such a lovely store with an amazing selection of plants and planters and I'll definitely be back!!
A few weeks ago I purchased a monstera Thai con and a terracotta pot which one of the associates planted for me in aroid mix. However, they tamped down the soil so much in order to get the plant to stand up, that there was no aeration deeper in the pot and the soil didn't dry out even after weeks of not watering. This led to one of the beautiful new leaves browning!! I've (hopefully) fixed it now by repotting and putting in a stake, but I think this could have been avoided if the associate had used a little more care or known that you shouldn't compress the soil too much.

Such a beautiful shop, and right off the beltline! They had tons of beautiful plants, some more uncommon or rare ones too. David helped me out and not only potted up my plants, but drilled drainage holes in the pots I purchased! Thanks!

Interesting selection of plants and very knowledgeable staff. They'll pot the plants for you as well. Nice addition with the bar upstairs, too.

I recently stopped in with my fiddle leaf fig, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. Evelyn, who assisted me, was the highlight of my visit. Her extensive knowledge and passion for plants truly stood out. She provided invaluable advice and made the entire process enjoyable. Management, take note—you have a real gem in Evelyn. Highly recommend this shop for all plant enthusiasts!

Great plant shop, with a beautiful location right off the Beltline in the giant Fourth Ward office complex. Nice selection of houseplants, large and small, lots of succulents and cacti, and planters/pots and house-made soil blends.
Staff is very knowledgable about plant care and they provide potting services & classes to learn about plant care.
Prices are on the slightly higher side, but I attribute that to a hand-picked selection of plants that are of higher quality than you would find in other plant shops. I've enjoyed bringing my plants in for repotting and perusing all their offerings! It's a fun place to shop around and find new specimens for my space.

The Victorian Atlanta is such a cool plant shop! It was a very warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The staff was super knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. They have a variety of plants that you cannot find just anywhere. I loved that they have different price points for their plants and pots. I purchased a plant and a cute white pot to go with it. I am terrible with plants but the owners, Libby & Cary, as well as their staff have given me so much knowledge and confidence that I can keep my plant alive and thriving! I can’t wait to go back and start adding to my plant collection!

The store is always so clean and presentable for a plan shop. It has always been pleasant to stop in and grab a plant or two but yesterday 11/5 a friend and I walked upstairs to just observe the decor and the newest extension to the store and as we walked back downstairs, one of your rude male employees told us we weren’t allowed to walk upstairs and gave us attitude and a nasty look. The two girls that stood upfront saw us going upstairs and did not say anything to stop us from seeing upstairs nor were there any signs or indication to show costumers we’re not allowed upstairs. Costumer service is key, especially in this economy, the approach and attitude your employee had in response to us being upstairs was unnecessary, unacceptable and absolutely rude.

Overpriced. Literally every plant I picked up was covered with mealy bugs or something. Such a bummer.

The workers were very helpful and they had a relatively large variety of plants, However one worker was a bit of a know it all. She acted like I was an idiot. Overall though I would highly recommend visiting their store !!!

Lovely store, great new location and stellar customer service. Unfortunately, just about every one of the plants I purchased has powdery mildew - a LOT - so much so that it looks like a billow of clouds on the top of the soil. (More than I've seen purchasing from BBS.) Upon closer inspection, the two Cebu Blue plants have leaf fungus to the point where they both went in the trash. At this point of the five purchased, only one remains. We'll see if she stays or ends up in the trash like the others.

This is a beautiful plant shop and the have a lot of great selections however the vibe is off. The owner is cool but you can tell some of the employees there are not use to interacting with black people they make it awkward. It sucks being a native from the very area they set up shop…being met with that type of energy. Otherwise a cool place to check out if you are a plant enthusiast
