I recently visited the UPS Store to have some important documents notarized, and I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Ms. Anita. Her exceptional service truly made my experience outstanding.
Ms. Anita was not only incredibly professional but also remarkably efficient. She took the time to explain the notarization process clearly, ensuring that I understood each step involved. This store needs to shut down. They want to charge for everything. If you email them, They charge. One piece of tape, charge. I was returning a Tik Tok Shop package, selected the option for UPS to provide the box and I just needed the QR code. I went up to the store. And they told me, I have to pay $15 for a box, even after I showed them the email that said take unboxed items to store and the store employee will box it up. The store rep also read the email. They're really scamming up there. Then wanna go back and forth with the customers. Very Unprofessional.

I went to drop off some returns this morning and had a great conversation with the manager. She was very pleasant. I will be using this location for shipping instead of going to USPS.

The customer service provided by Anita was disappointing and disgusting. Everytime I visit this location and she helps me it’s the nasty attitude like she doesn’t want to be at work and your bothering her. I will now drive anywhere , but this location even though it’s 2 mins from my home. I hope management or UPS as a corporation addresses this, especially with this being a non-corporate location. Also, I will do them a favor and contact the franchise department within UPS corporate and make them aware.

The associate wasn’t outright rude/disrespectful, but that’s because I limited our conversation after gleaning that she was less than friendly or customer service oriented. Maybe she was just having a bad day. I hope she feels better soon. Amazon returns should be a quick and easy process, not a cause for angst or disgust.Perhaps this location could create a self-service Amazon return station, like the ones at other UPS Stores. That way the associates won’t have to interact with customers, if they don’t really want to.
