Kind, asks the right questions, provides feedback that’s consistent to services, soft talking. All members on any day but especially on 11.5.24 at close to closing 7:21pm. Great sense of humor of staff - felt safe doing business.

I recently visited this UPS Store, and the experience wasn’t great. As soon as I walked in, instead of being greeted, the associate made a general announcement to the store, saying if anyone was there for an Amazon return, we were to use the self-checkout… I was the only person standing in line, lol. It felt impersonal and dismissive, like they were more interested in completing their prior tasks rather than offering any real service. A simple “hello” would’ve made a big difference.
The store was functional but the customer service is an area for growth for this location.

Charging $3 to print a USP label is ridiculous when other stores have done this for free. Go elsewhere where you won't be gouged to print a label.
Edit in response to comment: I am specifically NOT talking about a QR code. Other stores print prepaid, non QR code labels for free. This response is condescending and representative of the management here. More reason to go elsewhere.

Do not waste your time! This location is completely unhelpful. The staff was unwilling to perform their basic task of scanning in items. It's was a waist of time coming to this location!

I had a frustrating experience with the UPS Store while trying to ship a package for a funeral. I clearly communicated that I needed the package to arrive by Monday and was advised by the clerk, Brynn, to pay $106 for Saturday delivery. Despite this, I later learned that the package wouldn't arrive until Tuesday.
Brynn's attitude was indifferent, and while I understand she may not be personally invested, I expected her to have a better grasp of her job responsibilities. The urgency of the Monday delivery was emphasized, yet it wasn’t handled appropriately.
To make matters worse, I was told I need to file a claim with USPS. Had I known this, I would have gone directly to USPS instead of using UPS as a middleman. This added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. I hope this feedback helps improve service for others

The customer service was good however I have a corporate account and a PO Box with them and they don’t offer any discount on notary services. They charged me $8 to notarize 1 sheet of paper. I should’ve asked about the fees before I got them to notarize my document because I could’ve went to the bank - specifically chase bank. They will notarize however many documents you need as long as you have an account with them for free! The fees at this location are extremely high in my opinion, compared to other UPS stores, but apparently they are independently owned so the owner sets their fees. Also, when I asked why I don’t get a discount. The person told me that the notary services are commission based which I find extremely weird.

My favorite UPS Store in Atlanta as the staff at this location are always super friendly and helpful. Earlier today, they came over and helped with printing Amazon return labels and taping up our self-packed items as we had several pieces. They didn't have to do this and yet didn't hesitate to leave the counter and help.

Customer service from the owner was terrible. Also if you plan on returning any Amazon packages please skip over this location. They charge for everything.

The manager at this store is AWFUL! He refused to take my package despite coming in 25 minutes before closing. He then kicked me out of the store and locked the door. HORRIBLE SERVICE! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!Edit: This happened 02/26/2024 at 7 PM

The staff at the store was completely unhelpful, rude, and said they would have to charge me to print a label for a $25 shipment I had already paid for, make sure you can do everything on the kiosk and not have to interact with these Employees, They are not friendly.
