The customer service is top tier. They always greet me when I walk in and are eager to help. The communication style is direct and compassionate and my requests are always fulfilled quickly. UPS never disappoints

I'm trying to find a package I sent on October 22nd. I've called the ups office at this address three times and they can't give me any information. They also say the tracking number is incorrect, even though it's the one on the receipt. So who can tell me where my package is? I paid $73 for shipping.
