This has been the worst experience ever at a car washed , they extremely expensive and they half do jobs they workers do not take their time the rush through every vehicle that comes there, there was water marked and spots of water on my vehicle after I seen the man go over my car one time there was black marks left on my new vehicle and the worker thought it was funny and I didn’t because paying that type of money for a half job is unacceptable I will never in my life go back to this car washed I advise no one to continue to support this business 2/26/24

This is my first visit to this car wash. And it is very positive. I like that they have someone Hand Dry Your vehicle. And shine your tires all for $15 self wash. So definitely next time I will bring money for a tip.

My trailblazer is much cleaner than it was when I pulled in. There are many different areas that were sprayed and missed being wiped down. My rear view camera is covered in the wax , I couldn't see when I went to reverse my vehicle. You can see where they wiped certain areas but did not get into the corners. Same with my rims. You can see where the cleaner was sprayed and just left to sit on it. For $200, I feel like the quality of work wasn't worth the money. I even tipped the detailer $20. I am slightly frustrated by the fact that I just paid all that money and can still see so many areas that were missed.

I have been coming here since they opened. I guess it’s hard to find good help these days. Last time I was there for a wash, the folks cleaning the inside of my car stole $200 from the center console. I realized it after I left the car wash. I called the car wash (and supposedly), spoke to a manager. They assured me they would investigate and follow up. I have yet to receive a call, 3 weeks later.

This was my first time getting my car detailed. I paid $70 for a full wash & detail to get into the creases and crevices. I had high expectations and was very disappointed. My seats still had stains, sticky spots, dirt, crumbs, dust still in the air vents. I was not happy with the service. I will not be returning.

I went to get my car detailed and tipped the two guys that did the work. I left the car wash and went straight to an event. I looked under my arm rest for my AirPods and they were gone. I immediately did the (find my) procedure and the location was at the car wash. The location moved to a residence and then a skating rink. They stole my AirPods while detailing my car. I continue to track them and it shows exactly where they are. If you visit this location... Please do not give access to the inside of your car! They are thieves. I have reached out to the police and will proceed with filing charges.

I just left the ultimate car wash and detail off of camp creek and I have not had a great car wash like this in a long time. I was almost ready to stop being a member and find another car wash u til today Dec. 13,2024 and one of the workers Joesph who clean my car did an amazing job to where I want to stay at this car wash. I will request Joseph every time I come. Keep up the great work young man.

Alveo is the best in customer service!! He always checks to make sure I had a great experience and that my cleaning is done well. They provide additional services like dent repair, detailing, and great waxing. I bought the subscription for my two cars. Best car wash ever!!

Alveo was so kind to assist me with loading my car seat back into my car after my car was serviced!! He did such a great job on my vehicle. The service was timely and they have adorable memberships. Each time I go, there is not a long wait and you can sit in the lobby to wait. They have a small retail section for air fresheners and they also sell, coffee, bottled drinks, and sweet treats. Each time I go people are accommodating but this time, Alveo was intentional and went above ands beyond!!

Alveo and the ultimate the team have done an incredible job of maintaining my car's cleanliness. I have been a regular customer and their service has never disappointed me. Their thorough cleaning process, both inside and out, has been consistent. What sets them apart is their exceptional customer service. These guys truly deserve a rating of A5 plus stars!
