We visited the property on a Wednesday, planning to move in within 30-45 days. After viewing the options—though there weren’t many, as residents tend to stay long-term—we decided to complete the application for a move-in the following week. Devin's charismatic approach was exactly what we needed. He made sure to include me in the decision-making process, especially when he noticed I was leaning towards my husband's preferences. This helped ensure that we were making a joint decision.
Now, I live directly across the street from my workplace, which has greatly reduced the stress of driving in traffic. The amenities and location here are outstanding. We’ve lived in other apartments in the area, and while they were nice, the management didn’t take the same pride in maintaining the community as The Tower on Piedmont does. The grounds are always clean, with a pleasant aroma throughout the hallways.
Our long-term goal is to eventually buy a home, but I love this place so much that moving out will be tough. When Devin wasn’t available, both the property and assistant managers were always ready to help. It didn’t feel like a traditional sense of professionalism; instead, it was like talking to friends who genuinely care and get things done.
Thank you, Devin, for your kindness and for making our move happen so quickly. We truly appreciate it!

We experienced an issue with our air filter and fire alarm, and Rickey responded promptly, offering valuable consultative advice and supplying an upgraded filter to improve the freshness of our unit. Rickey was collaborative and friendly throughout the process, and the air quality in our unit has significantly improved as a result.

My Tower on Piedmont experience has been great because of Ricky. He is very empathetic, prompt, and skillful maintenance official. Always checking up on his guest and ensuring all tickets are done properly.

The leasing office is very responsive and takes your maintenance requests seriously. They even helped my girlfriend save her plants when we were away for vacation. The community in the building is very nice. People follows rules and are friendly to each other. The apartment also occasionally hold fun events throughout the year too. 10/10 recommend.

Could not be happier with the move to TOP. The leasing staff is world class. Devin was so easy to work with! Professional, polite and responsive. The whole process was so easy. The building centrally located, updated and clean. Check this place out if you are in the market.

The Towers of Piedmont is an amazing place to live. I can’t complain at all to the office staff to the maintenance crew and resident. Everybody respectful . If you want a really nice place to live come to The Towers of Piedmont and tell them Jamar sent you .

Can I just tell y’all how FANTASTIC my experience was touring The Tower? Listen, the folks are genuine, accommodating and professional. If you are looking for a LUXURY upscale place to call home with down home kinda people, the looking stops at The Tower! Clinton Melton and yes I’m giving you his whole government name because he was KNOWLEDGEABLE, KIND and super COOL!
