The team was well organized and incredibly efficient. The marketing was excellent which resulted in multiple offers and the sale in just a few days at well above the asking price. Kristie Onorato was very attentive and walked us through each step of the process. The closing process was very smooth, and Kristie even attended the final walkthrough when we handed the keys to the new owner. We highly recommend Kristie and the Suits Team for the sale (and purchase) of your next home.

Nina Harris came highly recommended by family and friends who had worked with her in the past. She was amazing from the start of our buying journey until the very end (and even now, continues to check in regularly). From finding potential properties (Nina would literally scout out homes she saw being worked on to get us a showing pre-finish) to helping negotiate an ideal contract, Nina was always available and communicated how each part of the process would work. She also profoundly understood the housing market in the areas we were interested in. We looked for almost a year, saw countless houses, put bids in on several, and Nina was there, patiently answering questions every step of the way. Nina walked each house, pointing out pros and cons, and was always forth coming when she thought a house was not in our best interest. Nina genuinely cared about our future happiness in a home and wasn't just interested a quick sale. When we found the right house, her knowledge and keen negotiating skills allowed us to get an incredible deal that exceeded expectations.

If anyone wants the best realtor (and team) to sell their house, please look no further than Madalyn Suits. She is the BEST of the BEST!!! She'll get you the highest price for your home because she is extremely knowledgeable about the current state of the housing market. She is beyond efficient, capable, communicative and personable. We used her twice now and we can't say enough good things about her. We love her and would never use anyone else, period, end of story.

Madalyn and her team were terrific partners. They are a full-service team that thinks of & takes care of everything proactively, including marketing & showing the house, and dealing with all the paperwork. We followed Madalyn's pricing strategy, which worked exactly as she told us it would (we ended up with an above-asking offer). We'd strongly recommend the Suits team.

Buying a house is a stressful event, but Nina and the team made it as easy as possible. She was very flexible with her availability, told me exactly what to expect, gave me advice, and was there every step of the way. If I ever buy/sell again I will contact Nina FOR SURE. Our experience with Vanessa was outstanding and I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home. Vanessa is highly experienced as a realtor and is an expert in her neighborhoods of focus. She was aware of properties before they were publicly listed, which is a tremendous advantage in a competitive market. Unlike other realtors we worked with in the past, Vanessa provides an honest assessment of a property and told us when we should pass on a property and when we should lean in. Lastly, we have to mention the support we received from Vanessa after closing. We are conducting an extensive renovation on the property.
