WARNING!! Do not waste your time & money applying here. You have to keep calling them just to make sure they are processing your application they wasted 3 weeks of my time just to say im denied but how? when i met the income requirements have no criminal history, everything they keep asking for such as employment verification i emailed it over right away paystubs etc the community manager (Deaunte Whitehead) picks & chooses who he wants to allow to stay here since he reviews all of the applicants he tried to say he could've confirm income or my job when i sent a verification letter like its clear he just didn't want me to join the imt buckhead community

I am super excited to move in next month!(Sept 2024) My experience with Susie has been extraordinary, she was so detail in every way. She made me and my daughter feel so comfortable. I have had the pleasure of experiencing Jihad (APM) as well, he was amazing- he took care of me when Susie was out and it made me feel valued as a future resident. I received a call from the property manager, and I was able to express how much he's team - gave me the "WOW" factor and that speaks to the leadership style he provides to his team. The location is perfect to commute in and around ATL- and if you have children - perfect for Sutton middle or North Atlanta - perfect! Tell them Ms. Sims ? referred Y.O.U.! See you soon Susie - you are thee BEST!

As always "Nick" in maintenance took care of my kitchen sink garbage disposal leak problem quickly and efficiently. It is such a pleasure living on such a wonderful property that is so well maintained. It is a gorgeous property, and the leasing staff and maintenance staff are always so helpful. I feel this is one of the best properties in the downtown, midtown and Buckhead area and after 25 years working with property management companies, I have seen it all and IMT Buckhead is the best!

I had a great in-person tour with Britton. He was very personable and professional, shared great information and knowledge about the property. I definitely look forward to considering moving in. My only wish is that they had sooner availability.

My old car was legally parked in the parking garage and was towed. Just because I didn’t move it for a week it was towed. Makes 0 sense I should rate this 0 stars because this is unfair as can be. On top of my new car getting hit in the parking garage which was a hit and run. This has to be solved ASAP even though they are closed tomorrow. Unbelievable on IMT’s end.

Sadly was a bad experience for me.
I see all the reviews so I contacted IMT a few months ago to ask all things about my process as international student BEFORE to apply, all time they confirm that it will be ok, so they just want you to pay the application fee. I did it and after thousands of emails sending documents all supports they just offer me apartments with a far dates. Now after more than two months is a nightmare receive an answer from them. Off course, they didn't respect the policies about refunds and despite my emails and calls. I am still waiting the refund fee without any answer about it. At the beginning seems like a good property but after you paid, they just ignored you. Be aware even if you ask all things to prevent this, they don't care about you mere your money.

Lived here for about 3years and I’ve loved it. The price is great for the area and the apartment itself has rarely had an issue and the maintenance team has always fixed it promptly. Whenever I need assistance from the front desk workers they are always helpful and I’ve gotten help from the leasing consultant Susie multiple times and she’s fixed any issues or answered any questions.

I recently submitted a maintenance request for repairs to the floor of my bathroom tub. Chris (the maintenance supervisor) was very quick and helpful in making sure my tub was repaired. His professionalism was very refreshing and I really appreciate his help!

I had the pleasure of working with Chris the Maint Supervisor and when I tell you he was very professional and personable and he fixed the issue the first time around. The whole IMT team is attentive and refreshing. I really like living here and I recommend IMT Buckhead on 26 to EVERYONE.
