Suppose to be a stockist for RM Williams. Tells me to go contact RM William's because they dont carry the width I requested. Didn't even offer to help even tho they can order and get the boot in the width I wanted. Go to a real stockist where they can help you. I doubt I will be getting RM William's anymore as my experience from their stockist here in Atlanta has turned me off from their product.

I love shopping here. The customer service is excellent. The owner really makes sure to inform you about the brands she sells, how each item fits, and always recommends accordingly. It is very clear she puts time into knowing each item that is sold. I find that very valuable in a shopping experience. Each brand is high quality and very comfortable.

Discovered this treasury of traditional sporting wear when I went to visit the Patagonia Store next door. Barbour to Ball and Buck with Fish Hippie in between. Nice folks, I will return next time I am in Atlanta.
