I have been a member for 3 months, and it has been the best experience. Simone is my trainer, and she pushes me hard, but I appreciate it, and I've seen the results. The energy in place is unmatched. I highly recommend it.

Good group of qualified trainers with different skills sets in this gym. The key to great personal training is finding the right trainer that matches the client’s preferred training style. I worked with Power, the training director, to find the right trainer for what I wanted to work on. He took time to understand my wants and how I like to train and paired me with a trainer that matched my style.They also have a lot of good classes offered at night and on weekends. They offer a lot and it can overwhelming. Just ask questions and tell them what you want from training styles to packages.

Power has a great energetic and very welcoming personality, he is super communicative about classes and experience has a whole. I’ve had a great time every day I come in.

I went to the Glute Camp Class and it was amazing. This was my first time coming here and I didn't leave disappointed at all. I had an amazing workout and I was so drenched with sweat. The energy was unmatched and the DJ was great. Not to mention the gym is just a whole vibe. And at the end of class I stopped and grabbed me a smoothie at their smoothie bar. They also sale fresh juices, sea moss and wraps to. Oh and a side note one of the owners has her own fitness clothing line called The Body NV and you can get some really nice gym clothes to while you're their. Oh and I'm just going to gone ahead and drop the fact that it's black owned.?? Now, after all that y'all just come on down and see all the hype for yourself. Thank me later cause I already know you will. ?

Glute Camp was ? I thoroughly enjoyed the class, although it wore me out. It was definitely a burner. The instructors are great.Yep, still a vibe AND a great workout.

Today was my first time visiting this gym. I attended an event where they had 3 classes back to back to back. The energy from all the instructors was EVERYTHING! You could tell they are very passionate about what they do! Nothing but positive energy from beautiful black women! I will definitely be making this my HOME GYM!!!

The loft is a nice athletic facility but my review is about one of their trainers. Dede Thompson (@__iamdede) is an extremely inconsistent & unprofessional trainer. She's a very friendly & likable person and I really enjoyed the sessions I did have with her. I started training with her in March 2023 until May 2nd when she suddenly quit on all her clients via text. Before quitting she canceled 1/2 of my sessions for various reasons. I've been very understanding & patient with her because I know she's only human but the unprofessionalism is unacceptable. She promised a refund for May...fingers crossed.

I have been a member of this gym for two years now and I am still pleased. Unlike other gyms with strict contracts and not enough machines, I find the Loft to be affordable and high quality. My trainer Amber @iamsteelefit is the best!

Amazing atmosphere, staff from the 1st day to present has been super helpful,friendly with bomb energy. I love Body Shock training ,Emel is top tier and the new gym is a vibe.Joined the 1st day and haven’t looked back since. 10 Star s if I could.

I've enjoyed my time here at Loft athletic club. I love how welcoming this place feels when you enter the gym and it has every thing you need!!! the trainers are amazing and everyone works really hard in creating an environment that thrives off of everyone's energy!!! BIG ENERGY! I've been going here for about a month now and I've seen my body transform so quickly, thanks to my trainer Mecca!! This facility also offers a multiude of classes to help build that body even more! I'm so grateful I found this place!
