Shockingly rude and unprofessional service from start to finish by the front desk staffer and the nurse practitioner. There is no reason to treat your customers so rudely. And it definitely was anything but quick even though I was the only person there. 90 minutes later - NEVER again!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First let's start with the unprofessional front desk assistant Ebony. As soon as I walked up, I proceeded to say good morning, instead of speaking back she just looks at me with a blank stare as if I did something wrong. The entire time I was trying to be nice as possible to her, and her attitude remained horrible. I asked to speak with the manager, she points me to the nurse practitioner who is just as rude as she is. I would not recommend this clinic if it were the last one in Georgia. The entire staff needs to be fired.

Worst service ever from the clinic and pharmacy staff. Waited for an hour to get 2 kid’s Covid boosters, and then they have the nerve to bill me for a no–show on one of them because we arrived after the nominal 15–minute appointment slot. That wouldn’t bother me if they were running on time, but a waiver of this fee is appropriate when the clinic is running further behind than you are late, and this is why I’m here writing this now.The Nurse Practitioner was friendly and the session went well when we were eventually seen.The assistant and check–in staff at the clinic and the pharmacy were rude to us in ways big and small. The clinic staff did not tell us once how long it would be, what we were waiting for, and at one point the assistant would not even turn to face us to reply, giving a snarky non–answer (“Somewhere else.”) to a simple question (she’d finally beckoned us up and I just asked if this was the right room or where we should go!)Overall a really bad idea experience and it just seemed like the staff were standing around doing nothing with no patients the whole time. I don’t think I will be coming back.

Please don’t waste your money. I went in for a flu shot last year, which is free and covered by my insurance. There was some kind of insurance dispute between my company and the little clinic and the flu shot was not covered. Still disputing that personally with my insurance. I agreed to pay the little clinic this self-pay rate just to get them off of my back. They took my payment and continue to send me bills threatening collections. I think the office staff is extremely unorganized. Not to mention I have thus far paid $90 for a flu shot that is covered by my insurance. They are now asking for an additional $57. For a flu shot! Do not go there. They are scammers. They are clearly very uneducated and don’t know how to run their business.

Online states most insurance do not pay for sports physical. My kids insurance does & they wanted me to pay $45 each physical. An I refused that’s not what your website says. You’re at least suppose to attempt to bill insurance then if it doesn’t pay, send the bill. But I know my insurance covers sports physicals, We recently moved and didn’t have a pedal doctor yet.

HORRIBLE experience - DO NOT GO HERE!!!It shows up when you Google “urgent care,” and they advertise themselves as an “immediate walk-in clinic” on their website. You would think that means they bill as an urgent care, right? WRONG! My emergency visit should have been totally covered, and it wasn’t. Now I’m stuck with a $200 bill for an ear infection for god’s sake. Please read this and go somewhere else that’s an actual urgent care, or you’ll be paying for it (literally). Super shady business and communication practices. Would give negative stars if I could.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! The wannabe "doctor" here is absolutely terrible! She is disrespectful, condescending, and rude!!! The lady at the front desk is also not very knowledgeable about her own workplace and pricing. Please don't go here especially if you don't have health insurance they will speak to you as if your less and mention you not having money. I was told oh let's add a covid test, oh yeah wait your paying nvm... I also was forced to wait over 20 mins after my appointment time... and they didn't even have me go in both rooms they made me get my blood pressure taken while answering questions even though you aren't suppose to talk while you get it done.I was also forced to go back in the waiting room for 15 minutes while my other test was done that I was basically coerced into doing. like I'm literally the patient why can't I stay in the room while my test is being done but I have to go back in the waiting room and she didn't even call me in and talk to me. She literally just handed me the papers and told me to leave. She also didn't have any care for what kind of job that I have or what kind of schedule that I have for needing to be off of work because I feel sick and just wrote that I could go back in the next morning and did not give a damn about how I felt about it since I have a laborious job. She told me take some Sudafed and some DayQuil and go to work. I was told if I didn't get a flu test done that my work note would come off really bad and this that the third because I said I couldn't afford to get a test done but I have flu like symptoms. The nurse at the front was like we've never had anybody deny a flu test and basically made me feel broke even though I can go buy a flu test for cheaper. Their flu test are $40. And the crazy part is the work note doesn't even say what you're sick with on it so I didn't even need to take this test!!!! They wasted my money and time and were arrogant and rude!

This place is Awesome. No wait time and Great customer service. Ms Ebony Mackey is an absolute jewel. She was very helpful and so polite. Nurse Practitioner Nyasha Bonner was absolutely awesome. She was very thorough and was actually interested about my symptoms and listened to my concerns. Thank you Little clinic for offering these services. LaTonya Parker

This was my first time goingTo this clinic. I will never go back. They told me my medical insurance was not active and I would have to pay $99. Therefore, I call my insurance provider and they told me that there was no problem with my insurance, and that they must have entered it in wrong. I decided to leave and just go to Piedmont Urgent care on Ponce . Didn’t have no issues, everyone there was professional and knew exactly what they were doing.

I thought I would try it out as an easy option for simple needs, however, the front desk was so unprofessional I will never try this clinic again. If you can not show me common decency and courtesy then I’m sure as not trusting you with any of my health and medical care needs.

Avoid this clinic like the COVID plague. No one knows what’s going on. No one is on the same page. Literally telling us something and the next day something else. This is not a real clinic. Please close your doors for good.
