The leasing office is super accommodating and helpful! They made sure my apartment was ready for me before the move-in time and helped with anything I needed during the process!

I had an exceptional experience at The Flats at Atlantic Station. Danielle and her entire staff were extremely accommodating and patient with me throughout the entire process. The building is excellent, with top-notch amenities and a prime location. Highly recommend!

My daughter had an issue with a cockroach in the apartment but she did not get immediate attention.Also, the rent payment should be easier and tenants should not be charged extra $30 per months for payments if paid thru the bank directly.
