Started off fairly well. As a young parent in desperate need of assistance of protecting his rights as a father against an overwhelmingly biased court system, Dr. Torri positioned herself as the champion I had been longing for. Unfortunately, after receiving the required funding and assisting me with counsel at a fixed rate low-bono retainment she almost immediately began to fail at meeting her contractual obligations.It first began with spotty communication which then lead failing to pay my attorney with funding I secured with TFG and Dr. Torri. Without taking you too deep into the details, payments from TFG/Dr. Torri to my attorney failed THREE months in a row which I eventually paid myself out of embarrassment—in addition to not wanting to lose my only legal representation. Dr. Torri, the cunning linguist, then proceeded to lie about why the payments were failing and making promises of reimbursement for more months until I just decided to take my losses and continue focus on winning the fight that was much more important than dealing with her unprofessionalism.While I am grateful for The Fatherless Generation and Dr. Torri, the way this situation was handled actually almost caused more problems than I started with. More stress and headache along with the strain in the newfound relationship of my attorney and I. I almost lost the fight before it started due to their negligence and because of that I cannot in good faith endorse this establishment fully. Please proceed with caution and do your due diligence if your options are limited.

Ms. Evans was paid over a year ago for her services and she left my partner without representation on the custody hearing before his ex was arranging for her husband to adopt his daughter. She has shown complete incompetence and lack of urgency when this matter could have been handled when she knew about it months ago. Her heart MAY be in the right place but she does not have the wherewithal to execute on the promises made and what she was paid for. I’d advise anyone to just find the necessary services needed by yourself and eliminate using people of her caliber.

Dr. Torri J Evans-Barton of The Fatherless Generation Foundation is an absolutely knowledgeable, caring, hardworking, thorough, and personable professional that actively and continuously helps children and parents have their fullest lives possible by promoting the critical importance of a child's relationship with both of their fit and willing parents. She works hard to ensure that children have a relationship with their father...which is tremendously critical for the health, well-being, and development of a child. She is a tremendously competent human being, and I'd recommend her to any parent, youth, or adult child that is interested in protecting or developing their parent/child relationships.

They just don’t know what they just got themselves into not every client that comes to them is honest. Adding to the review as I mentioned this company doesn’t know their clients well as they reply they have an investigator my suggestion is to get an investigator with better experience. They have bad ratings with the BBB and numerous complaints and because I love and trust God I do my reviews so people know what kind of business they deal with I don’t think God wants me to keep hush and let someone else fall as victims that would be very bad is the people I care for the innocent and vulnerable not in the business who Scammed people and LIES!!!!!!

Tori Barton is the ultimate liar, she claims to be an advocate for children!!! Her main goal is to manipulate desperate Black Fathers. This lady has no conscience, she works out if her apartment with two cell phones. She claims to have offices in GA, FL, DC, Chi, etc. It's all a bunch of lies!! She nothing but an lying Crook!!

Almost two years ago, when I met Dr. Torri, I was in a very broken, angry, and frustrated state of mind. I was inconsistent and unaccountable in my words and actions.Through her guidance and understand so much more about myself and my situation. I am able to process clearly in my journeys of my past to being strong in progressing to a better future to end the trauma and generational curses of my family and of my son's mother's family. For this I say THANK YOU.

Do not trust this company Torri is not honest. She’s a crook, she took my money point blank period. I will be contacting Ricky Smiley to let him know what kind of con artist this girl is. I call her a girl based off her professionalism. She do not have great communication skills. Horrible listening skills. I’m pretty sure she’s going to respond with some college Manipulated wording to cover up her short comings. She failed me I lost money. Thank God I didn’t loose my case. Thank God I got it done without her help. If you want to get your kids back or be able to legally be apart of your children lives DO NOT HIRE THE FATERLESS GENERATION ITS A SCAM. I have a company that I used they are 20000000 times better than con artist Torri. So what she has a PHD her attitude, unprofessionalism, etc etc makes that PHD Trash just like her attitude. If you want your kids do not hire this company. She was no help at all. This is my advice. I got my kids without her help but she still took my money. Do not pay this girl until you see real progress. She will run off with your money. Not to mention she cut all commutation with me and still has not gave me my refund. She’s a crook

In response to Torri. For some reason I cannot respond to Torri Response on my other review of the fatherless generation.2Twenty-Two Logistics LLCThis response in itself is very distasteful. It’s no coincidence that I’m NOT the ONLY person who’s had a less than pleasant experience with you. Per my research I am one of MANY who was manipulated by you.I’ve read other reviews that recollected the exact same concerns with you that I’ve had. In fact their stories read almost verbatim (start to finish) as mine did.What it all boils down to is I paid you every week. Once I spoke with either attorney they both hadn’t received a dime of that money and their agreement described to me did not match up with yours. In fact, they seemed to know very little at all.So what exactly did you use the money for? What helpful services did you provide? After all those emails, discussions and money paid I am in the same exact boat as I was before I met you. You literally did absolutely nothing to help.Wait, allow me to correct myself, I’m actually worse off due to the money and time wasted with you.Overall, you can distastefully rebuttal with me as you choose. Others need to know that your service is a waste of time and money.Instead of going back and forth with me I’d suggest you work on my refund. That would literally be the only thing you’ve ever helped me with.Lastly, as a consumer I have EVERY right to publicly share my honest experience.I have never responded this was when receiving fair treatment and services in the past. Just to reiterate, I am NOT the only one with the EXACT same claim. I’m assuming that all of us are the problem?

After 50 plus years of not knowing who my biological father was for certain. I learned about Dr. Torri J and The Fatherless Generation Foundation. The Foundation worked on my behalfwith an organization that was able to take samples from me and another person in a different state. Dr. Torri J was also able to provide a discount and payment arrangements with the organization.I received my results within a matter of weeks. I am very grateful that such an organization exists.I have also referred others to this Foundation.Many thanks to the Fatherless Generation Foundation!

I paid $896 for legal representation that I never got and promised a refund in August which I havent received to this day. Tori J is a scam artist. I paid $896 & received nothing but a quick crash course in lawyering over the phone moments before I had to appear in court. The attorney that I was promised never even showed up and I was left to fall flat on my face. I did all the work of filing the documents, having them notorized, getting them stamped in and having the other party served. All I received was slick phone conversation and at other times short and in some cases incoherent texts.Tori J is a professional scammer taking advantage of people. I requested &was promised a refund 8/14/2019. Then I was told I'd get my refund within 14 business days, on or before 9/4/19. On 9/10/19 I asked for my refund again. On 9/23/19 PayPal told me that the payment (my refund) was declined by the sender's bank. I received an email from Tori J on 10/5/19 expressing "sorrow" that I had not been refunded. Now I'm being told that my refund will be sent on 11/15/19. We'll see what happens. For someone who's been in business for ten years there's no shortage of lame excuses. She (Tori J) didn't know the attorney; she only worked with the attorney only twice before; there was a breakdown in communication; the attorney went on vacation and forgot to tell her; she left my case in the hands of a subordinate; she went on vacation. It never ends. One new lame excuse after another. I strongly caution anyone who considers using this "service."

The Fatherless Generation Foundation Inc. Created a space of hope for me and my child custody case. Dr. Torri and her passion to develop an organization to support the livileyhood of fathers is overwhelming God centered. The organization supported me by directing me to the best qualified attorneys available. And because family law cases can be very expensive, the organization took there responsibility one step further by negotiating terms to decrease the cost of representation. I was thrilled at the dedication, determination, dependence the organization provided in my custody battle. I was most thankful for the additional financial support the company provided. The company provided 3,000 of financial support on the behalf of my case. Not only have i found a pathway to hope in my case, but also ive developed a network of support through this organization. Thanks Dr. Torri for leading and helping me towards redemption, and reuniting me with my daughter.

Even before I had a case you let me know what I needed to do and what you could do for me. You have worked very diligent and remained determined through out my case and even after the verdict you still impact our lives in a positive way. Thanks to you my son is legitimized and I have custody and rights that I and every other Great Father deserve to have granted to them. Everything from court dates to mediation, you stood by my side. I'm forever grateful for the services you provide and I thank you Dr. Barton.
