Most of the dog owners are extremely entitled and let them roam freely so others get injured. Also the walls are paper thin. If you have a dog over 60lbs - you probably shouldn’t be in an apartment. Horrific apartment complex

Most reviews on here are due to them asking people to leave a review after a tour. This is not a 4+ star property for the cost. The people in the office are nice enough, but the property itself is not maintained to a high standard. Experience after living here for a full year is not what I was expecting it to be.
-Dog poop/pee everywhere (outside courtyard, stairwells, inside hallways)
-Trash bags are put in hallways leaks and makes them stink, $45/month valet trash inconsistent pickup
-Roaches and bugs are all over the common areas/stairwells/work their way into the units
-Fire alarm will go off 5-6 times/month at random times due to construction
-Hallways smell like weed all the time
-Unit was filthy when moving in (Had to scrub cabinets, counters, unclog drains, etc.)
-Sloppy build work upon move in (Unpainted/unfinished trim, paint splatter all over floors, switches not connected to any outlets or electric)
-Water pressure is very low
-Expect an additional ~$100 month in "utility fees" + "common area electric fees" without explanation
-Guests need to pay for parking. I even got a ticket with my parking pass in window, tried to dispute but Encore told me they couldn't do anything because its a third party company that ticketed me?
-Parking garage gate is broken once a week
Would not recommend moving here unless you get a rate way below what they typically charge.

I recently moved to this property and had an amazing experience. Every question or issue I have had has been promptly answered and handled. I appreciate my leasing agent Trey for all his effort and for always giving the best customer service experience!

This is my first year living at the Encore. Here are the glows and grows:
Glows:
1. Quick responses regarding issues inside of my apartment (both management companies)
2. Packages are no longer left on top of the exterior mailing station (Windsor)
3. After emailing a concern of any kind , I receive a prompt reply)
Grows:
1. The property is not clean...trash litters the hallway, stairwell, parking garage. The walls and baseboards in the hallways are dirty. Mopping in the hallways is not apparent especially around tenant's doors.
2. The gates are broken too often (which I understand things happen) and when this happens a security guard is not deployed to make sure we are safe and our vehicles are safe
3. My car along with several other cars were broken into on Jan. 5th 2021 behind a locked key access gate.
We received an email regarding the event but there was NOTHING in that email that spelled out mitigation efforts to decrease the chance of this occurring again. (Examples could be but not be limited to...24 hour night guard to not only protect our vehicles but protection for tenants against the criminals that stalk the property.)
4. The hallways reeks of Marijuana
5. Cameras are needed in the stairwells (I wont speak on the existing cameras whether they work or not, Im not sure)

New to the area and decided to check out Windsor Encore,I was already sold on the gas range but upon arriving a little earlier than our appointment, we were immediately greeted by Teaira and she took us on the guided tour right away which is a plus in my book. We viewed several different units and were pleased with every one of them. Teaira was very knowledgeable on the history of the building ,surrounding entertainment in the area and informed us on the new amenities to look forward to. Also, a perk for my partner was the car wash which he loved! Very clean and smelled amazing. Let’s just say we were sold and look forward to becoming a part of the family.

Be WARN of these apartments. The reviews on these apartments are probably paid due to them being similar wording and never talking about the living experience. I’ve lived here for almost a year and a half but when living here the hallways always smelled like dog poop all the time , one time I did found dog poop in the hallways which was disgusting. If you live near the dog park or walk past it you will be hit was a strong pee order and it gets worse after it rains. There’s always a problem with the parking idk why. The pool always gets shut down after people have there party’s, I’ve only been to the pool once due to this while I lived here. The trash valet never picks up the trash on time ( probably one of the reasons why the hallways always smelled) and if you do decide to go through away your own trash, the trash room is always full. Fire alarms are always going off for some reason one time it went off around 2am which was not cool because I go to work early in the morning. On top of all these problems they have hidden fees for “system outages”. Management will say they are on it but they never are, so do your self a favor and skip their “luxury apartments”.

Excellent experience overall. Facilities are clean and staff are responsive and friendly and work hard to make the building feel like a community and not a bunch of strangers. Trey especially at the leasing office was a wonderful help! He answered all my questions and was instrumental in getting me a good deal on my lease.

We went on a tour of this community on a sat and didn’t feel rushed or unwanted. Azaria was awesome. She made me want to move in. If she is the example of the standard then yes it’s a go! I’m in the beginning stages of my search and she pushed them all up out the way. The actual property is nice and organized and I loved the set up and the modern amenities. The views are also a1 no matter where you end up. I really like this property they did a great job on the whole concept. See it for yourself and also ask for Azaria, she is a gem I hope they know it.

I am a first time renter and recently signed my first lease at The Encore. Not only was the apartment beautiful, but the customer service I received throughout this process was TOP NOTCH. A huge shoutout to Jennifer, Tiara, and Trey! The team answered every one of my questions (and there were a lot LOL). The service I received made me want to live there even more because I know it will continue throughout my lease! I can’t wait for my move in day.

This is one of those things where I couldn’t get you a zero so I had to give you a 1 type of scenarios.
Let’s start off and say the actual apartment is very nice however the common areas are not well kept! The dog park smells to the point of you can smell it from the other side of the complex. People let their dogs just poop anywhere and everywhere and DONT pick it up… disgusting. The dog park is never clean , poop everywhere. Now let’s get into the actual apartment management. HORRIBLE! Sense the day we moved in to our apartment we have had problems with our upstairs neighbors loudly walking, moving furniture, banging on wall, screaming, blasting music and so on 24hours a day. They simply do not stop. We tried to confront the neighbors nicely many times then started leaving polite notes. It continued. We finally hit our last straw and called security, they were unable to reach the tenant even though we could hear them running around upstairs. We let the leasing office know we spoke with management and they said they would handle it. They were unsuccessful in reaching the tenant as well. We are continuing to be woken up every hour by loud pacing (it literally sounds like they have lead boots on and are stomping all night across the master bedroom) we finally contacted the police they came we gave them the run down they went upstairs and all we could hear once they knocked was the tenants running away from the front door, the police continued to knock for another 30 mins no answer, to me that’s a red flag they are doing something they aren’t supposed to, we reach out to the leasing office again to find out only one person is on the lease and there are apparently 4 Hispanic men and 1 women living in a 2 bedroom apartment and the person on the lease isn’t even living there. The leasing office also told me the man on the lease came into the office so aggressive they felt unsafe and told him to leave. To this day we are dismissed by the management and have not been reached out to in 2 weeks we have continued to complain and nothing. Something illegal is going on and we are uncomfortable, concerned, exhausted, and feel unsafe however they told us we have no reason to feel unsafe!
DO NOT LIVE HERE!

There is a reason Teaira gets awards for her sales skills: she's a polished professional whose insights into the rental industry provided me with glimpse into the politics behind the rental tours. The grounds are lovely. The apartments are elegant with a minimalist style. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

I just moved in with my roommates earlier in July, and I just wanted to highlight the extremely helpful staff that helped with the process. Trey helped us overall with the tour, paperwork, and application process. During the tour, his way of guiding and explaining was very fluid, comfortable, and engaging, which was a part of the reason why we decided to move forward with Windsor Encore. He made sure that everything was smooth and easy for us from the application process to moving in! We ran into some difficulties with paperwork and processing some information, but Trey was extremely responsive and resolved our issues right away! Not just Trey, but other staff members were also extremely helpful with any questions and concerns that we had, and I just wanted to thank them for their help.
