It's a very nice store they have almost anything that's containers modular desk desk chairs they have lots and lots of different ideals do you for containers but it's not just containers It has lots of other things in there too. If you're looking for something special for the home of the office give them a try. I would recommend this store

I love my closet and what I ordered a few months ago, and I ordered more things for it to expand. Today I came to pick up my order and a gentleman was nice enough to help me take it to my car, and I trusted that everything was handled with care. He took everything out of the shopping cart and I did see him take the metal drawer baskets out with a bit of force because they were really tucked into the cart, but again I trusted it was moved and put into the trunk ok so I did not inspect it. Then I get home and unpack to assemble, and the two of the basket corners are indented and bent. I did try to push it so it can be straight how it should, but it was bent too much and I couldn't get it even. I am bummed I can't exchange it because I already took it home. If I ever order anything again, I will be carrying it to the car myself. I will likely have to unfortunately because I have an elfa design that will be discontinued soon.

Eleven stars. My wife and I ordered over $2000 in sealable tubs to move an entire house/estate into storage. There were a couple / three pallets worth of containers. The staff was super friendly, and the store and bathrooms very clean. We had three store staff helping us pack the back of the minivan full of the tubs.

Our utility closet needed better organization and we decided the best way to tackle this project was with Elfa shelves since we love them in our master closet. We designed the closet with the help of Container Store staff. We had to wait a few weeks before we could pickup and install ourselves. The best part is that we took advantage of the 30% off Elfa sale and saved a lot on this project. What I love the most is that we can now find everything we need quickly in this closet. We had extra drawers added for future use. What I also love is the flat workspace we added. We use it for multiple purposes like gift wrapping, to store deliveries as they arrive, and we keep our returns here too. I also love the shoe racks we added in the closets. It’s given us more places to store our shoes and guest shoes when they visit our home. These customizations that we added fit our family needs perfectly. Can’t wait to do my next Elfa project!

For all the neat and tidy folks, this is the shop of your desires. The Container Store is filled with all sorts of gadgets and such for an organized space!! And some really great folks work here and always ready and willing to lend a hand or give some advice!!

First and probably last time shopping here. I ordered online pickup for something showing in stock. The next day I got an email stating it was an error with my order but noticed it still charged me. I came to the store 2 days after placing my order, the attendant couldn't find the order so I gave her the details to make sure it was canceled and be refunded. She left just to get help with it and another employee walks by with the order she claimed she could not find. She then comes back with the cancellation with no amount showing on the receipt of what's to be refunded. I just left.
