I took my 5mo old puppy here for his first grooming appointment and I wasn't happy at all. They completely ignored my instructions not to blow him out and after waiting over the 4hour quoted time I couldn't even recognize my puppy. I did not like the length of the cut, style, or texture. They attempted to fix it but there wasn't much that can be done after his fur was coat so low. The front desk lady tried to gas light me into believing the groomer only took off approximately a 1/4" of hair when that wasn't the case (I'll upload photos later). I still was made to pay full price after waiting 2 hours past the quoted wait time (a total of 6hours!) and was still unhappy with the service. He didn't even smell like he had much of a bath so I definitely feel that they rushed him upon me arriving to pick him up.

It's tough to find a reliable groomer in ATL. Especially, if you have a Doodle and grooming is required regularly. I've been to a few in ATL and The Clean Dog is the only one I can honestly recommend. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Always smiling to welcome Arthur and I (that's my pup). The groomer has always made sure to ask my preference on length and style. They also always double check with me on the extras I choose to make sure I understand what it entails. Ana has been our groomer the past three times and I'm incredibly happy with the results.

Angel at The Clean Dog has been taking such good care of my new fur baby. He’s only 5 months old so we can’t trim his hair down too low yet. Angel was patient, listened to my concerns, and made great suggestions. We’re still getting Maximillion accustomed to the whole grooming process, but I know he’s in great hands. Max came home looking and smelling like a million bucks. Thank you Angel! I highly recommend the Clean Dog!

I’ve been using them for years for boarding and baths. They are always so sweet to my pup and also do an excellent job with his grooming!

Here’s what to expect when spending 150$ at the clean dog inc. Any other service is better!!The day my dog got back she was actually bleeding. Blood was on a paper towel after blotting her neck. They didn’t say anything after injuring her like this.Just believe the numerous poor reviews and support a business that cares about the quality of their work, doesn’t make your animals bleed and generally has their $hit together. Anywhere else will serve you better. We also came here probably 5 times, each one was a disaster.

I moved here from Texas to Georgia 3 weeks ago. I seen good reviews about The Clean Dog business, unfortunately I had a bad experience with this business on my first visit. I made an appointment for him to get a good wash with this business. However I dropped my dog off at 12:20pm she stated he will be ready within 2 hours I advise her again in our conversation on the phone and in person I live 30mins away just give me a call when he is ready. The business close at 3:30pm I got a text at 3:08pm stated he was ready for pick up and I have 1 hour to pick him up or they will charge me. As I’m walking out the door the lady called at 3:13pm and stated my dog was ready and can I be here before 3:30pm. I advise her I am 30mins away I got a text at 3:08 stating he was ready for pick up and I have 1 hour to pick him up. She said it will charge you a late fee because we close at 3:30pm. My reply it’s not my fault I got ONLY a text at 3:08 and you’re calling me at 3:13 knowing I live 30mins away. She stated this is frustrating and took my payment over the phone so it wouldn’t charge me a late fee also she had to wait until I arrive to pick up my dog.. FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING TO THIS BUSINESS…

Be warned!!!! The worst experience even and the owner (Maria) was absolutely horrible! I wish there was a way to give this place a negative score.I took my Golden doodle for a grooming appointment at the Clean Dog. I had never used this groomer, but this business was the only groomer in the area with available appointments. I took my 10 month old puppy there and requested that they not cut her hair low because I love her hair length. The owner greeted me and informed me that my puppy had some matting and it may be impossible to keep her fur, but she would let the groomer assess my puppy and give me a call back. The groomer called and informed me that it might be best to cut my puppy's hair down for her comfort because she had lot of matting. She did not have a lot of matting, but I agreed to let them cut her fur down so we could start over. When I picked up my puppy, her fur was soooooo uneven. Many places were cut to the skin and other places she had fur. I was shocked. I asked the groomer why was my puppy's fur so uneven and she indicated it was to preserve as much of her fur as possible. My dog left looking like she had the mang. I paid $145 for the service. I think I was in so much shock that I just wanted to leave. The next day I called the owner and took my puppy up to the business so she could see how my puppy looked. It was so traumatic. She tried to gaslight me and tell me that I requested this cut. She then indicated she would be happy to cut my puppy's hair even, but she could not provide a refund. I told her I didn't trust her or her groomers around my puppy. I believe the groomer was practicing on my puppy and maybe under qualified based on the results I got. I could never imagine an experienced groomer cutting a dog's hair the way she cut my puppy's hair. Be warned!!!! The worst experience even and the owner (Maria) was absolutely horrible!

I used to bring my dog to the location numerous times before. I never had an issue until recently. He had not been in a while so I booked the appointment for 9:30. I dropped him off and was told to give the groomer 4 hours. No problem. I finally called around 3pm to check Ip on him and was informed that he had been bathed and pre-cut but was now playing with dogs in the daycare. I was a bit confused as to why let him play after a bath, instead of finishing up to be ready for pickup. I then had a missed call after 5pm, which I immediately returned. I spoke to a gentleman and was informed that my dog was ready. I told him that I do not drive, but will get a Lyft and should be there soon in which he said no problem. While waiting for my Lyft, I received the email stating he was done and a complimentary 1 hour daycare I'd provided while waiting for pickup. On my way there, Maria calls me asking where I am. I explained that I already spoke to someone and am on my way. She then tells me they close at 6 ( it was a little after 6 when she called). I said ok. She then calls me again 15 minutes later demanding to know what street I'm on and she thought I lived closer. I informed here that the road is blocked off by police (Atlanta right) she sighs and says ok. I get there a little before 7 and she is clearly annoyed. First of, not my fault you tell me he's ready after 5 pm and he's been there all day. Second, this is Atlanta and rush hour. I rated 2 stars because the grooming looks good. Not coming back and will also not recommend anyone there again. Like previous posts have stated, I honestly don't think the care of the dogs is priority. Only reason I remained polite in the process was because my dog was still in her care. I left the groomer a cash tip tho, let's just hope she gave it to her.

Very nice staff and clean areas! I did a self wash for one of my dogs and was able to add on a nail cutting too for a good price. However, I booked an express wash and shedding coat removal for my other dog and she was there for almost 5 hours when they told me 2 hrs originally. I dropped her off at 11 and I went at 12:30 & they changed to 2. I got there at 2 and I saw them just start washing her. I didn’t get her until almost 4 since she hates the blow dryer. The wait was a bit much so plan to drop off for a whole day instead.

The “lost dog”. Maria’s responses to my brother’s dog being lost says it all. While she may not consider this a “personal” experience for me, worth her “response to allegations”, anyone who considers their dog a member of their family will understand it is very personal when your dog (or the dog of a loved one) is missing and you are helplessly in a different state. If you can’t trust the company which is supposed to be taking care of them, but only rely on them to dismiss your justified concerns for the missing dog’s safety- how can they call themselves pet lovers? They lost my brother’s dog over thanksgiving while we were in Florida. We only received a call 15 hours later. They didn’t bother making any posts on next door or ring (we had to). They didn’t bother checking the building (my brother’s friends had to). They didn’t bother answering my brothers phone calls or concerns once the dog was found (they only responded with an NDA). If Maria truly understood how much our pets mean to us, she would have handled this situation much differently. Maria can copy and paste form responses all day, but she doesn’t deserve the trust required to be responsible for the safety and well being of anyone’s beloved pets. This much is clear from how she conducted herself during our traumatizing time and has been solidified by her responses. This situation could have been much worse, and we are grateful Rio was found. We are sickened by the way in which Maria handled the entire situation.
