Frank, MK and the entire Brockway Team are hands down the BEST in the Atlanta, GA area. Throughout the entire process Frank and his team assisted me; not only with the sale but a re-build as well. Late last year a tree fell on my house. Frank provided awesome suggestions for the re-build and was the second set of eyes I needed to make sure things were done quickly and correctly. If I had to do this again it would be the Brockway Team that I would choose out of all the Realtors in Atlanta, GA.

I highly recommend the Brockway Group! Frank was fantastic at finding potential homes that fit our parameters and adjusting the search as we refined what we were looking for. When we finally found and closed on our dream home, the whole team made every part of inspection, closing, etc. super easy, allowing us to go on vacation with no worries during the 30 days between offer and closing! The Brockway Group made the home-buying process easy and (dare I say) fun!

We found a house in a neighborhood Frank said was soon to be up-and-coming. I wasn’t so sure, but trusted him. Almost a year later it amazes me how many new townhomes and large construction projects are going on in the area. I can feel my property value going up every time I drive down the street.

Working with Frank and team was a great process for us. After deciding to sell and getting feedback on how to best stage the house, we moved quickly to get our house listed/on the market. Frank and his team moved just a quickly to get the house sold. There were many times he went above and beyond to help us out with small projects since we had already moved out of town. He and his team (special shout out to MK) were great at keeping in touch, sharing updates and feedback throughout the process, and offering to step in and help out thorughout the entire process. Obviously, we’re happy because the house sold rather quickly in the current market, but we remain impressed with the level of service and commitment we felt throughout the process. I would use Frank again without a second thought.
