I placed an order at 9:30 PM on a Saturday evening for next day delivery and she was able to accommodate. Most florists aren’t open on Sunday and/or don’t do that quick of turnarounds. Beautiful bouquet with great customer service. Will absolutely use her again if I’m back in the area.

I placed a last minute order for a friend recovering from surgery. I live out of state, so I blindly selected a florist and hoped they would do a good job. Not only was the arrangement gorgeous, but she was very professional and helpful. Very impressed from start to finish. Highly recommend!

It was my wife's birthday today and I am unfortunately unable to spend it with her. It took less than an hour to have a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered to wife's office. This flower shop went above and beyond to make my wife's special day that much more special. The service was fast, easy and very friendly. Linda helped me in a crunch and will have my future business for all of my flower needs. My wife was so happy receiving her flowers at her office.

Let me start by saying I am usually picky about my florist. This was one of the most pleasant experiences that I have encountered with any business. The floral arrangement was absolutely beautiful, the communication was immaculate , and the delivery could not be better. We picked an arrangement for Mother's Day. The flowers were beautiful and they were a big hit! Linda (the owner) called a couple of days ahead of time to talk about the pick up and transportation so that I'd be prepared for the day-of. You can tell she really thinks through all the details and she cares a lot about her customers.

Mother's Day heroes work here! I spent hours in Massachusetts searching Atlanta area florists' photos and reviews, hoping I would find someone who would hear my vague description and transform it to an artistic representation of love and support for my grandmother. I fell asleep while starting an online order, not waking until nearly noon ON MOTHER'S DAY! My grandmother (91) had recently lost the 2nd of 3 daughters, so despite my disappointment that they were too busy and I was too late for a same day delivery, it was still important enough to me that Grandma receive some beautiful love even though it would be on Monday. To my amazement, my grandmother called in less than 3 hours(?), thrilled with the beauty of her unexpected arrangement. My everlasting gratitude to the Beretta Rose for ensuring a day filled with sadness for those who have passed was also filled with unexpected joy and the reminder that she is still surrounded with love. This being my first Mother's Day without my mom, you are also my own personal hero, relieving my disappointment in myself for screwing up by "saving my bacon". I chose the Beretta Rose because of others' happiness trusting your artistry and customer service, and I'm deeply glad and grateful for both. You definitely exceeded my expectations and made my Mother's Day better! Thank you
