Love love love love! Everything was amazing, from beginning to the end! Nia, our waitress was on point. The food was on point, the hookah we loved, and the drinks were on point! Best customer service experience I've had at a restaurant. The Bank is my new favorite spot, and I can't wait to return!!!

Carrington Carrington Carrington! Made my first experience at THE BANK phenomenal! From the security at the door (ZOE LIFE or NO LIFE???) to the bartender to the manger whom seated us to her…Carrington, she exclusively made my experience the best yet. I appreciate her service and the choice of food options which were completely amazing! Me and my girls really enjoyed ourselves. Shots on me because of the services Carrington displayed. True definition of representation for the business! I didn’t care to spend $200 on my self including tips (yeah I had drinks) it was most definitely worth it. AND ILL DO IT AGAIN!!! ?✨

The Bank is the most hidden gem’s in Atlanta GA. This restaurant has the best food and service in town. My favorite is the Fettuccine with Chicken or Shrimp and spinach.Let’s not forget the incredible Shane and beautiful bartender Xandrial. Love this place. Come check out! You want be disappointed.

Neisha, my waitress, and Shane, the manager, were the very best…they really went over and beyond and hooked me and my friend up at The Vault. If you are ever in the Atlanta area please visit this restaurant and ask for them. Service 10/10.

The food, the atmosphere and the customer service is absolutely unmatched. Came from Jackson MS and this was a must do... Lexi was the best server I've had in a long time, very attentive and made sure I got what I came for.

The Food and Service was great. Management make sure you are comfortable and answer all questions. The Salmon was perfect cooked and my wife said the lamb chops was great as well.

The food was nasty and drinks was to, it’s a beautiful spot but that’s it. I order the stuffed chicken it was dry, Mac was dry and noodles was hard devil eggs was too sweet like how can you mess up devil eggs. And the drink tasted nothing like i ordered then when i told the waitress she talking about they don’t return liquor i would have to speak to the manager it was definitely a no for me 3/10 and they only get a 3 for the music and look….. OVERRATED

I went to the Vault for my 43rd bday for Saturday brunch ,the food was good,the hostess and waitress was very nice,they say hookahs are 40$ but they charge you 50$, the drinks are good ,the place is beautiful and has a good chill vibe,the bathrooms are clean and beautiful,the music was smooth.They can’t split checks so if you have a big party y’all have to figure that out!A little pricey but overall it was good I had the best people with me ?

Went here for my birthday dinner. I love this places atmosphere....gorgeous ?. Go see David house manager and Banz the Vault security. The staff was great. Food was like this. Salmon bite awesome, oxtail lots of bones and fat....flavor of gravy was good, greens were fresh not can and great and mac and cheese....pasta very mushy and needed flavor. I will most definitely return here for drinks and salmon bites as well as great staff.
