Aminah Muhammad is a great down to earth person. I was happy to get someone to assist me with my previous work from home job. I was looking for a tax preparer that is experienced in this category. I was lucky to find out about Aminah on Google search. I checked out all her reviews and that is what convinced me to choose her. Plus, I love suporting black owned businesses. She contacted me weeks before my appointment. She ask me tax questions and advice what my choices I had available. I went to my appointment and she was the sweetest person. She already done my taxes so all I had to do was arrive and sign off of the tax document. It didn't take for her long to complete. Aminah's male assistant was nice and friendly to me and Mom. I am satisfied with the service she provided to me.

This was my 1st year using the company. I was very happy with the services. I like the process and the time she took to explain everything to me. Once she submitted my return to the IRS, I got my accepted documents within a few days. I am a forever new client.From the time I call the 800# to having a meeting and my return being completed took less than 14 days.Thank you.

This is the first time my daughter and I are filing taxes with TeleMax and have to say the experience was great. Everyone was so welcoming, and answered any questions we had so we could get an understanding of the process. She also did everything she could to insure that we would get back the most we could in our tax returns. 10 out of 10 will continue to do business with them.

I did my taxes with Telemax Tax for the 2022 year. I was referred by a friend and I was not disappointed. I got back more than I anticipated and I received my refund the following week. Aminah was my tax Specialist and from the first phone call to the end they really keep you informed.

Initially, I was concerned about filing my taxes with someone who lived in a different state. I decided to give it a try and I am so happy to say that the whole process was extremely easy. I was able to upload all of my documents using the camera from my phone. The filing system that they use online is very easy to follow and allowed me to sign with the signature. The ladies that I spoke to, Ms. Ebony and Ms. Aminah, were very pleasant, respectful, and professional. They made the entire process a complete breeze. I definitely dread tax season. This was my first time using this service. Telemax tax was very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. Ebony, my dedicated tax specialist, was extremely courteous and made sure to answer any questions or concerns, while also keeping in constant contact. I received guidance throughout the process and even a follow up call. I appreciated the service and dedication, will definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone!

It was my first time filing my taxes by myself. I was completely nervous and instantly overwhelmed as it felt very intimidating. I made an appointment with Aminah, when responded almost immediately. I had a few forms to look through prior to our appointment, nothing hectic just general info. On the day of the appointment, I was welcomed by her office Manager and they all made me feel very welcome and kept me very informed of the process. It went by so fast, I was completely surprised. And I got a great return. I wouldn’t have been able to do all that by myself.
