Called into the store asking about “The Nick” boots that I was interested in… They did not have them in stock but the amazing sales person was able to look up in the system what stores had the boot and my size in stock and gave me their number… Very happy with the help from this associate and will 10 out of 10 stop by the store when I am in the area..

My wife, myself and our two boys went into Tecovas a couple of days after Christmas for one of my sons to exchange a pair of boots my wife had given them. We were met by Seth and Thomas, we walked out with three pair of great boots. Seth and Thomas went above and beyond!! Thanks guys, Brian

First time Tecovas boot owner, we went in on Christmas Eve, the staff here is awesome. They really took their time and picked out the right boot to fit our needs. Special shoutout to Seth, will def be back and recommend all my friends.

I bought 2 pairs of boots this month from tecovas. Don't get me wrong the quality of the boots great. This has nothing to do with the boots rather than the staff working there. Both of the occasions that I went staff did not wanna help me. I kept trying to get their attention for someone at find me the boots that I needed. Once I got the attention of someone. They kept bringing me the wrong size pairs of boots. I told them I am a 10D They kept bringing Size 11 and 9 All I want was my size. They were rude saying is saying that 10d may not be my size. I bought the first pair anyways. The second occasion it was just the same way no offered me their help. I tried my best to get their attention. I had to go to the register and finally ask one of them to help me. Because nobody else was. When she helped me, she did it with attitude. And I specifically told her my dies to. Please make sure bring me my size she decided to bring me 10.5 d. I was already angry. She brought me the wrong size. But I had made the trip out there to get the boot. Like I said, don't get me wrong. The quality of the boots is great boots are perfect It is just the staff they pick and choose who they want to help.

Fabulous shopping experience with an exceptionally helpful team! Went in "just to look" and left with 2 pairs of boots, a great pair of jeans, and a 3-pack of boot socks. Trust the salespeople when they tell you that a good pair of boot socks will transform the comfort of your boots!

This is my second pair of “The Dean” boots. The are comfortable; have numerous compliments on how the look.The reason for a second pair is the the shank pegs began coming out; guess what, the same thing is happening on this pair.For the price I expected a better quality. Going back to my old brand for half the price.Makes sad that this happening.

Had an amazing experience with Ashton! Went in to just browse around but ended up buying not only a pair for my boyfriend but one for myself as well. Guided us around fit and expectations for boots from Tecovas vs. my Luccheses.Her service was excellent and we felt extremely welcomed!

I was looking to buy a specific boot. I called the store the day before and asked specifically if they had my size and color choice in stock and a sales clerk confirmed they did. A few hours later I made the 60 + mile drive and no boots. They wanted me to try on other sizes. However I wear Tecovas in the size requested not the ones they had in stock. I wonder if the clerk is taught when a person calls for a certain boot just tell them we have it because if we get them in the store we can sell them what we have. A common trick of car salesmen.
