Great, helpful staff. I came in with a computer that turns off when I pressed the left alt key, and after uBreakiFix gave me terrible service I was really hoping that the worker would give me some assurance he could handle the problem.Mission accomplished. I talked with him for a couple minutes about what it could be, and he suggested it might be shorting things out when I pressed the alt key because of a loose component. Exactly what I was thinking and it turned out to be right.Don't waste your time by going to uBreakiFix or other big box scam stores that buy good reviews, this place knows what they are doing. Even provided me a couple screws for free.The store smells kinda funky and the music is loud, but don't let that distract you from that this is a quality tech repair shop.

Dropped off my Mac book pro to get the screen replaced: they called and said the computer started smoking when they tried to replace it and it fried my computer. Now the computer won't even come on and they broke my screen. They had the audacity to charge me for a diagnostic which I paid but then got home and saw my screen was broken. I don't know if they fried my computer or if it was because they blamed it on apples defect for the 2016 computers but I'm disappointed that my computer was not Atleast returned to me in the same condition. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Highly recommend Jamin and his crew at Tech Genius! They are simply THE BEST!!! Seriously- when it comes to PC, laptop, data recovery or any other Tech related issues this is the ONLY place I trust!!! This GENIUS has been my go-to for over 12 years. I'm not tech-savvy at all, thankfully Jamin can explain things in simple words and teach me at the same time! Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and prompt service every single time!

Apple Support wanted $300 to replace my burnt out charging port for my 2015 Macbook Pro. Tech Genius did it for half that!Only minor hitch was them not leaving a voicemail to tell me it was ready? Just a missed call from a number I don't recognize. No email or text either. Had to call them but we got it straightened out.

Came in with a Steam Deck with a stripped screw. It took him just a few minutes to get it out. Very friendly and quick to address the issue right away. Doesn't charge me anything for that small service.I am a computer engineer, and I can say that I trust him with my devices. Highly recommend.

We all know how sensitive the MAC book is! Well thanks to Tech Genius whenever I have a problem, quirk or need a fix I drop off my laptop (yes even after dropping it ughh). I get it back with the new board, updated, cleaned and running faster . . . Ok ok I’m a designer not a tech genius. Great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable and always expedient in their manner. Hats off for always a job well done JáMen!

I wanted upgrades and repair for my MSI and data tranfer backup . I thought seeing that i had 3 laptops to get serviced it would be weeks. Not at all they had my laptops all updated with all my files transfered. Fast great communication. Thanks Tech genius
