I used to work here, and the older staff and management are entitled beyond belief. Whenever I needed help with my job, I was always met with disgust and a lack of empathy by the higher ups. They also seem to ignore everything you tell them about your life and refuse to believe you when you have something else going on outside of work. They think that doing your shift is more important than dealing with other factors in your life. Don't get me wrong, some of their staff are amazing people. Even so, they also feel the same way I do. The hiring process was also extremely tedious as they don't answer any of their extensions.

Not enough staff. Things are locked and require escorts... As if I'm a thief. Takes wayyy too long to check out. I don't expect to be back at this store.

We decided to go to this target, and I’m so glad we did! Their beauty selection is the best, and it was all organized by brand and super easy to find stuff. That was a nice change compared to the target closer to me with random pockets of beauty stuff everywhere.

I have to say that Ellie in the Customer Service department is one of the best Target team members that’s ever helped me. She’s got great energy and is very welcoming, kind, knowledgeable and quick! If she’s not already in management, she should be, as she would set an excellent example in all facets of customer care.

Faith is completely oblivious to her job. I’ve waited over 30 minutes just for her to find the key to get me the headphones. Then she acted as if I was bothering her checking out. Completely unprofessional. Needs more training
