I visited the pharmacy seeking advice from the pharmacist regarding a sinus issue. I approached the designated “Consultation” counter, expecting assistance. However, the pharmacist, instead of addressing my concerns professionally, shouted from behind the counter, directing me to the regular checkout line.
When I attempted to clarify that I had a question and was standing where the sign instructed, he dismissively stated that they were short-staffed and insisted I join the long checkout line. While I understand staffing challenges, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service were unacceptable.
Frustrated by the experience, I left immediately and took my business to CVS. I prefer to support businesses that value their customers and provide proper service.

Nice Target! Clean, stocked well and helpful staff.
I covered most of the store getting supplies for my son attending a travel meet. Everything I needed I found.
Checkout was smooth with an actual friendly staff. I really hate self checkouts. It's one of the better Targets on the area of Atlanta I was told.

The store was clean and organized but customer service no longer exist for Target or any other store in this day of age. You guys need to take notes from Chickfila they may not be perfect but Chickfila do provide customer service and their employees are always smiling and actually talk to you.

Worst drive up experience ever. Just waited 25 minutes for a pick up order and it’s not even in bags. It’s raining so my items are wet and sloppily placed in the trunk.

As much as I enjoy shopping in Target, I hate that I get followed by loss prevention every time I visit. I’ve noticed the last few times I visited I’d see the same person follow me as if they’re “shopping” with no cart from the food isle to men’s clothing. I have never stolen a thing in my life. It’s so bad here that I literally spoke to the store manager today about it. This is ridiculous! Is it because I’m a bearded black man that possibly fit your stereotype? Your stereotypical practices are absolutely abysmal and lead me to determine this is my last shopping trip at this location.

I always have this issue where their pricing is different on the aisles but when it rings at the counter somehow the price is more. It’s very annoying to keep walking to customer service for each item’s wrong charges, after we are done with shopping. It’s such a waste of time. And it’s also very difficult to check everything on the final receipt, remember what was the price on aisle and compare it with what you got charged on receipt. Please fix your prices, either in the system or aisle, and don’t give wrong impression of less price on aisle compared to more getting charged at the checkout counter.

I never leave reviews but I have to because this experience was so bad. What is the point of shopping at a store when nobody wants to help you? Seriously.
I flagged somebody down to help me get a Roomba unlocked, they said I have to go to the electronics section because they have the keys. Fine. I go to electronics, a girl sitting at a table in the electronics section is talking on the phone with some dude. She told me that doesn’t have the keys, and the person who does is in the back stocking shelves…okayyyy so you’re not going to get them to assist? Nope! Make it make sense 🤷♀️
Target lost a $400 sale and we went elsewhere. SMH

I give it 2 stars because the store was everywhere, in a bad way. But really the rating is for their restroom. I went into the ladies room and when I say it was disgusting I almost threw up, the feminine pads were overflowing and there were bloody toilet seats. Just filthy and unsanitary. I returned something here from another Target. I will never be returning to this location ever again,

I bought a very basic wall/planning calendar on Sunday. I got it home and found that NONE OF THE HOLIDAYS WERE MARKED. Come on, Target, really?????? So you can sell the same calendar in all countries or, you sourced the cheapest one you could find? The item on line shows holidays marked. Very annoyed and not worth driving back to return.

The store is disheveled and all over the place. It took forever to pick up my order of 3 items. Large selection but unorganized and lackluster customer service.

The Starbucks & Pizza Hut at this location is TRASH; Both the quality of the food/drinks as well as the horrible customer service.
